Ordered a pepperoni pizza and an order of fries on 11/24. Never received my order after receiving a text that it was out for delivery. Called the store and got no answer. Turns out they were closed after I waited for 1.5 hours for my food. Called them again 11/27, finally got through to the manager of the Sheraton Drive, New Cumberland store and explained the situation. She said she'd refund the amount to my card, to which I provided the information for her. It's now 12/9 and I still haven't received the credit. Tried calling again today, was transferred to the manager, it rang and rang and then finally disconnected. I called back, explained why I was calling and was, again, transferred to the manager. Again, it rang and rang and then disconnected me. Very unimpressed and highly annoyed. I will never order from them again.
UPDATE - was so annoyed over this I drove to the restaurant. Waited a while as there was only one person working the kitchen. Apparently the manager was in the back but the employee went and got her. After waiting a bit more, she finally came out and ran my card for my refund. I'm waiting to see if it's actually refunded this time around. Still won't ever order...
Read moreThis place is an absolute joke! I have worked at 3 different Pizza Huts in 2 states plus eaten at countless others and this one is by far the worst restaurant period! I’ve tried on multiple occasions to get food for my family from here and have yet to actually be able too. I recall one time we went in to order and were told they were out of dough! That’s just poor management there. Tonight, 09/24/21 we were told they closed at 7pm due to lack of staff! Seriously, by 7pm, you’ve made it almost all the way through the Friday night dinner rush so you might as well just fight it out the rest of the night, but nope, they closed early. I have never before had such poor experiences from a restaurant, let alone any Pizza Hut, but this place has to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever had to deal with. At one point I actually thought about getting a job with this location but if they can’t take care of their customers, I can only imagine how poorly the employees are treated. If the District Manager or Corporate Managers happen to read this, I would seriously look into getting this location together before word of mouth...
Read moreThe staff made it clear over and over that they were not going to help anyone who bought a carry out item but ate it in the dining room. We had already told them it was fine. They had no napkins or anything for us and had a sour attitude, in my opinion. I would think they would still care about helping customers with whatever their needs may be, in order to have a good repoir with possible future customers. They did the absolute minimum possible, which was fine, but did not improve the experience of eating the tiny medium pizza we got. More friendliness, helpfulness, better attitude, and showing care for the customers would be necessary in order for me to want to go back.
