A delicious lunch that had its challenges but had some downward pressure from a Sunday afternoon service perspective. Service was a little lackadaisical with vacant tables not being cleaned, slow to follow up on patrons, and just a general blasé experience. We were told to sit anywhere, so went to where 3 booths were available. All three needed to be wiped down so we chose the best of the three and wiped it down ourselves. One of the tables remained unoccupied until we were about to leave (about an hour later) and it still had not been cleaned. The people that came in, then, had to keep their hands in their laps so that the server could clean the table after they were already seated. I don't see any reason for the tables to be ignored until someone sits down to use them.

The food was delicious. The Brewhouse Burger had a generous portion of veggies with a nicely seasoned beef patty that was cooked well-done, as requested, and was cooked through without becoming tough or dry. The fries were fresh and hot, but a little bland. The Deviled Egg Burger was a slightly different experience. Though it tasted fine, the deviled egg spread provided little to no flavor to the sandwich being overpowered by the chutney. Also, the menu wasn't clear (or I overlooked it) as to what protein replacements had an upcharge. Switching the burger to fried chicken was an extra $2, but according to the online menu, I could have switched with a grilled chicken at no charge. Also was pretty disappointed to find that the "kettle cooked" chips were a bag of chips that I can pick up at Sam's Club for $0.65. The sandwich was good, but $18 was a...

Have been here several times over the last 2-1/2 years. While the food quality and portions have gotten progressively worse, there really is no excuse for the kitchen staff not reading an order ticket. Server did what she had to in order to cover for them, but in the end the kitchen staff failed… and failed hard. Ordered the OG philly. The roll they used is fantastic. Not a single even tiny thing wrong with it… but if you are going to use a roll of that caliber, you need to fill it proper. Not use a small amount and try to stretch it. What was there was good. It really was, but I ordered no onion and add mushrooms. I did not see a single mushroom, server said she went back and asked and the kitchen claimed they chopped them up with the meat. Nope. First… who even does that?? No rational human I know. Second, after ten years in a kitchen, I know full well and good what a mushroom looks and tastes like, in many many forms. There were no mushrooms, and a ton of onions. If the kitchen couldn’t see the no onions, I find it hard to believe the saw the add mushrooms. Server attempted to charge me for it anyway. The server did a great deal of just standing around, not her job. At the bar chatting, leaning on it as if it was holding her up. Over time the service and food has gone downhill. Waaaay downhill. I hope they improve. I really do. I like the place… and let’s be honest here… decent places are rare...

Very disappointed with Brew House last night I ordered wings with sauce on the side & hubby ordered a Giro with fries. We sat for nearly 40 mins waiting on our food while others came in & got their food. Wasn't busy only 4 tables. The sweet waitress explained they had over cooked my wings & they were crispy. They could make me more I told her no big deal I wasn't that hungry, just cancel the wings & hubby could eat. Many minutes later they brought out his Giro & said we don't have fries so we gave you tater tots. He said I wanted the fries so just cancel our order we will pay for our drinks and go elsewhere. Then a short lady comes over to the table & said she "comped" the wings (they ruined & I never got) and she took $3 off for the fries that he didn't get. She said she would box up the Giro & we could pay for it & take it with us. She said it was her policy, to which I explained it is my policy to NOT pay for food we didn't eat. Granted no food was sat on our table during the entire visit. She never apologized, nothing! Just got an attitude. The waitress was very sweet & apologetic. But the short little manager lady (never got a name). Was rude! Probably won't be going back. Very...

I can’t respond to the business response but the photos of your place and the address of your place absolutely match where we dined yesterday. Your menu, however, doesn’t. Maybe a Google glitch? We came in for a late lunch yesterday. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. My husband’s burger was cold and bland. My Cajun blackened catfish came breaded instead of blackened and tasted as though someone had prepared the fish, threw it in the freezer for later then microwaved it for me. It was barely warm and was excessively moist and cold in the center. Both of our fries tasted like the cheapest brand of frozen fries at the grocery store and, again, tasted microwaved instead of fresh fried. The worst part to the whole thing? Paying $20 each for the experience. When the waitress asked how the food was, I answered honestly that it was terrible. This resulted in $2 deducted from the bill which I appreciated the gesture. I know it’s a brewery and I wasn’t expecting gourmet food but this was really not worth the money.

We came stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch in early March whole traveling through the area. I wish I could say that we had a great experience like some of the other recent reviews but we just didn’t so I’ll keep this review brief. We arrived at 1:37p and were told by the hostess there was a :30 min wait for the kitchen. We sat at the bar and waited a while for a bartender/server to get a drink order. One of their kegerators was down. She took out food order when we got the drinks. We didn’t get our meals until 2:39p. At no point did anyone apologize for the wait or inform us that it would be longer than :30 minutes. We ordered a salad and a rice bowl. The food was ok - some wilted greens and avocado but was ok otherwise. There didn’t seem to be a lot of people when we arrived so not sure if they were down kitchen staff or if they were slammed for lunch and recovering. Whatever the issue I would not go here again and can’t recommend it.
