I have to be honest, this is both a critique of this restaurant and the chain as a whole (which is kinda a no-no so take it with the appropriate grain of salt). As for this restaurant goes I wont like, it's usually pretty dirty. A clean table is hard to come by and sometimes the restrooms are a complete disaster. Personally I blame management for this, the staff isn't really motivated to do anything beyond customer service when is not awful but not, say, at Chic-Fil-A levels of creepy good. Beyond that you can tell the economy has taken its toll on Hardees/Carl's Jr. Back home in cali, Carl's has a whole campaign about the "six dollar burger" lampooning sit down restaurants selling super expencive hamburgers and essentially making the same thing for like 2 bucks less in their restaurant. Well, since they and Hardees are kinda (it's complicated) the same company, its sort of sad to see the very thing they where making fun of is exactly what's goin' on at their east-coast stores. The food is so expencive, I can go to a buffet in town and pay the same as a value meal and eat all I want. To me at least, it seems like this chain is starting to lose its relevance and considering stores look kind of dirty and unkept like this one where is that money going? (A: wealthy franchisee owners, but I digress...) Anyway, there was a significant amount of bias in this review which may have skewed its fairness a little. I returned and while explaining what was missing the shift leader stop listening and turned to talk to another person. I asked if the shift leader noticed I was not finished talking and her response was that she was getting what I ask for. After hearing her response (in a condescending tone) I then asked for her manager. She quickly called for her manager. While explaining what had transpired to the manager ,the shift leader was rolling her eyes. Then told the manager that I feel that had she had proper training as a manager she would know better.
