The waitress we had was phenomenal and professional. During this night, we ordered a 14 inch supreme pizza to go with no sausage. After a 45 minute wait, the nice waitress came out and said that there is a delay because one of the cooks walked out (full patio). After an hour and a half of waiting my lady got impatient (as anyone would) and we decided to go to the cashier inside to ask for a refund as I closed out roughly 20 minutes of being in the restaurant.. The cashier kindly stated that we would have to go to the outside patio and speak with our waitress for a refund. Whilst doing so, we ran into an old blonde lady (not sure if she was a floor manager, the kitchen manager, or what). I stated that I wanted a refund (the first time I have ever asked for one in history [as I have worked the food industry and I know things can be crazy]). The lady stated that she CANNOT give a refund and consistently changed the subject to, "what did you order?" The lady went into the kitchen and came back out and stated that we could sit around for 15 minutes and wait for our food and that she cannot completely give a discount on the order. It turns out that A, they had lost our order, B, they said they couldn't give a full refund as the pizzas were already assembled, and C, there has not been a single restaurant I have worked at that does not offer a refund. I told her to keep the cash and expect this review. I walked off before I got a little too mouthy and my girl stayed and managed to get a refund. They have some gypsy that works there. Other than that? The patio is gorgeous and fun. Not a fan of that lady at all and she should probably be removed from management as her actions were tremendously unprofessional. Consider removing her if changing her story is how she greets guests with hospitality.
