All I can say is amazing!!! If you're looking for some of the best New York style pizza in St. Augustine Florida. Then look no farther than Borrillo's Pizzeria and Beer & Wine Garden. Located on 88 San Marco Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The service is to be expected if it's busy, so please be patient. The wait is worth it. The people who run the site are absolutely 100% super nice and very helpful with any information you may need about the area. There's parking in front and rear of the business and a short walking distance from all the entertainment downtown. Bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and well kept. The food is amazing, and you will not leave hungry. If your a person who's pizza picky, that's fine too, because they have many choices of toppings and cheeses to choose from, as well as their calzones and subs. They have a decent variety of wines and beer to choose from as well as soda and tea. I highly recommend this place, and will be returning myself. It's a local favorite as well.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I went to Borrillo's on Saturday evening to watch my cousin who is a musician play at this establishment. There were about ten of us in our group and we were mostly the only patrons outside. The outside area is not sheltered, and it started raining but we stayed in the rain and all of us ordered dinner and beverages. After the performance, we left to go to another spot since it was raining and left our vehicles there. When we returned, our vehicles were towed. At no point were we told nor is it written anywhere on their menus or signage that our vehicles could get towed after a certain hour. When we went to pick up our vehicles from Cheshire towing, we had to pay $250 in cash. I spoke to the owner of Borrillo's today and I requested a refund for the towing. He refused and said that even though I was a customer, I was no longer a customer after business hours and that I should have had a paper stamped to put on my windshield to show that I was a customer. No one at the establishment stated that we needed to put a piece of paper or a receipt on our windshield. As a matter of fact, I have the pictures of their signs to prove it. Please save your money and stay away from Borrillo's.

This is a popular place. They are Not taking COVID Precautions. The Website says Delivery is available. It is NOT. I Called in my order for Pick up. Upon arriving, I waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and asked If I could be helped. I finally received my order. One item was a salad. They did Not provide forks and napkins, which I Needed as I was visiting from out of town. She read me my total and I knew it was wrong. I asked her to check it, she said I was charged twice for the same item. She made the correction and I paid my bill. I later checked my receipt and discovered I was Also charged automatic gratuity of 17%. I Am a generous tipper as I know servers are underpaid. HOWEVER, When I am using my time, transportation and resources to pick up my meal, I don't agree with being tricked or forced to pay any tips. Please, scrutinize your bill to be sure You are getting what You pay for.🤑 The food was Okay, but Nothing I will eat again. Sadly, I Recommend choosing a different location for your meals. I will Not eat here again. Thank You for taking Your time to read my review!😊 Have a Great Day!🤩

Fantastic service. Very friendly. Went in because we saw italian subs. Looked on the menu, and there was nothing similar to an "italian" sub. Ordered the next best thing, which had ham, pepperoni, and salami. When it came out, i got the wrong sandwich. Was turkey and bacon. No big deal. Got the right one very soon! Honestly, coming from a restaurant, this was a below-average tasting sandwich. The bread was not the standard sub roll and was instead very soft and sweet. Very small size for a sub, too. There was no salami on the sandwich, and there was a plastic bread bag clasp imbedded in the loaf. Decided not to say anything, but it would have been unfortunate had i bit into it. $37 for two 8 inch sandwiches that weren't Italian subs, and two fountain Cokes. Easily the most overpriced meal ever. To put it simply, the food was not good quality. It would be the same without the minor mistakes that occured, too. I unfortunately can not recommend this place, especially at the price. I know that they're known for their pizza, but a "sub" like this is unacceptable.

Pizza, was good - sauce & crust 👍 It could have been a little cleaner on the interior. They do charge 3.99% on any transaction done with card. All in all I would stop here again.

Been sitting here waiting for a while. Went to the counter yelled for someone no one ever came. Will not ever come back and I am walking out. They seen us and they didn't come out to us. Edit here to the reply down below. That's a lie no one ever said a word and on top of that all 3 ladys were by the bar sitting and talking. Not one time did any say a word.
