This place is incredibly poorly run. I made an online order for my daughter and I after a long day at Disney. I get the notification that the order is ready, only to be called by someone there once I arrived to say that they didn’t have any salads. Had that been made known to me on the website, I would have never ordered because that is specifically the only thing my child eats. The young lady explained to me that the amount of the salad would be credited back to my credit card which I was fine with. I go inside to the contactless pick up table and there’s no order there. When I give them my name they said my order still wasn’t ready even though the website just notified me that it was. Once I get the order I walk out to my car and I see the young lady and another man looking at me strangely, but my daughter and I continue to my car. Only for me to get followed and chased out by the man saying that they canceled my transaction and I hadn’t paid for my order. Mind you I was just assured that the salad will be refunded but everything else was still charged to my credit card. So I now at this point am asked to walk back inside, after being chased out like some kind of a criminal with my small child, and asked to repay for the screwed up order. As if all of that wasn’t bad enough I get back to my hotel to find that the “boneless wings” I ordered were tiny almost burnt popcorn chicken bites instead. Read moreZERO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE! Called to order at 9pm on a Thursday night, they said it “could be like an hour”. Tried calling to check on the order at 11:05pm, waiting for someone to pick up for 11 minutes only to have them pick up and hang up. Called back and finally someone picked up 5 minutes later. I was told it would be about 30 minutes MORE! I told him my kids fell asleep hungry waiting for the food and he said “that’s unfortunate” I told him if we would have known it would be over 2 hours we wouldn’t have ordered and he said that at the moment it was an hour but because they had 3 drivers and that two left, now they had one. I don’t see how that’s the customer’s problem. After reading reviews I see this happens all the time. When I told him to cancel the order he had his speech ready about the refund taking several days and that they don’t guarantee that you’ll get your money back, so to call your bank if that happens. Such a disappointment of dominos. The hotels shouldn’t advertise this place. And they manager for the location should plan accordingly to make sure they have enough drivers and staff so this doesn’t happen. Or simply tell people the wait could be several hours long. Be honest! Also I must add that I don’t even know if he canceled the right order because I called from a different phone number and he only asked for the hotel name. The one I’m at is huge. Read moreFirst, I never leave reviews but felt compelled to warn others that are counting on good service. I only wish that a zero star was available. I attended a conference in Orlando last weekend and was needing to provide lunch for a large group on Sat. afternoon. I called the Dominoes on Tuesday to ask them the best way to go about placing the order to ensure that it arrived in time as we had a very small window for lunch. I spoke with a manager and they informed me that it would not be a problem and to call first thing Sat. morning at 9 am when their first workers get there to let them know order, time and location. I called at 9 AM and spoke with Bruno. The pizzas were to be delivered at 12:30 PM. At 12:45 when they were still not there, I called. I was placed on hold without talking to a human being. After 5 min. of being on hold, I asked a couple others to call the number as well. After 10 min. of me being on hold...the person who had dialed into the number LAST was answered (I was never answered). I was informed by Bruno that they were sorry but they did not have a driver to deliver our pizzas to us as they were out on other deliveries. I asked how long it would take for the pizzas to arrive to us once his driver came back. He told me he had no idea. How's that for customer service?! Use this place at...
