Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The manager, Heather does not fit the minimum job description for a manager. There are multiple reviews in addition to mine that highlight her poor customer service and how unprofessional she is. Today, my mom and I went into the store to order a pizza and my mom asked the guy taking our order if they serve beyond meat sausage and he said yes. They gave us our pizza and it was made wrong so the manager told me she will remake it. She asked me what I had on the pizza and after I told her, she told me that they do not serve beyond meat sausage and the pizza she gave us had real sausage. By that time, my mom had already ate a slice of the sausage pizza, she she is allergic to sausage and is a vegetarian. I explained to her that mother is allergic and we specifically asked the guy taking our order if they served beyond meat sausage and he said yes, which is the only reason we ordered it. She didn’t apologize and she said “oh, well he thought you meant real sausage.” I asked her if she thought that her telling me that was enough to compensate for my mother eating the sausage after we specifically asked if it was served here, the fact that my mother can’t eat sausage due to allergies, and her giving me the wrong pizza in the first place. She unapologetically said “all I can do it make you another pizza.” The managers name is Heather and she doesn’t deserve her position. I am writing this review because I felt so disrespected that she was unapologetic of her mistake. I would've had no issues if she genuinely apologized because I understand that mistakes happen. Please don’t come here. They have the worst customer service and she literally lets her employees sit around and not answer one single phone call. I know this because I called to place an order before I physically had to come to the location because I was on hold for 45 minutes. When I got to the location, I witnessed that nobody answers the phone there at all, even at times when it is continuously ringing and they are not busy at all. I have a video of the phone ringing and the employees not working while there was absolutely no other customers in the store. On July 27th I visited your location in Orlando on 8957 International drive . I walked in to order two pies and asked to do the $5.99 pies . The lady at the counter said they don’t have that deal. I specified that I always do that deal when at other locations and asked was it because I have to order online . She said I don’t know but we don’t do that here. I tried showing her the deal and she basically stopped me and said no we don’t do that. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager . I asked if she could just do this order one time and I would be on my way. She said I would have to order online . So I did what she asked no problems. As I was putting in the order on my phone I saw her walk to the back and start to bad mouth me to another coworker. They made it so obvious ! The prep guy even looked up at me while she was talking about the situation so it made it clear . I still ordered because had my kids with me and they were hungry and didn’t want to drive to another location . After I picked up my order I apologized if I was being an inconvenience and even tipped the employee and thanked her . When I got home my pizza was all messed up ! Both pies were cut in zig zags and weren’t in the traditional cut way . This is unacceptable! Your crew at that store need to be spoken with !! Bad attitudes all around !! @Tyler Asselin I just had the same issue and ED was sooooooooo rude to me, and he even hung up on me!! I called back and he was like i was done so I hung up. Well they too never showed up with my food. I waited over an hour, they said they couldn't find me, said that they didnt have my real phone number... Ok .. wow i have been using the same dominoes app and the same log in and it is with my real number. Then they said they cant deliver to a room ??? I wasn't at a room , I was at a place of business. Then I asked for the manager and all I hear is ED in the background after he sat the phone down calling me names , saying I am flipping out and talking badly about me... So now the employees lie to the manager to prevent from getting in trouble... Not one time did they offer to refund my money , and their only solution was to make me wait another 30 mins for cook time and wait on Rosara the driver who can't find an address that I find easily using the GPS... Hmmm horrrrrribllle service and I will never use their location evvvvver again. i have been a customer of Dominoes for 5+ years and I will never ever recommend ordering from this Joke of a location. Funny thing is you never know who orders from your store ... so needless to say.. I found out they are a franchise and they have been reported .
