I was disappointed , the steak espetada arrived before the appetizer and it was cold, flavorless and chewy. The ceviche didn’t impressed us at all, I invited my family to this place to try a new restaurant and ending felling guilty for wasting our evening and money , Parilla mixta was a little better but still, the chicken and chorizo tasted better than the steak, unfortunately the food we ordered didn’t make/ taste good impression. We ordered 3 leches cakes , this was the best part of the evening, quesillo wasn’t fresh, it was firm and didn’t taste good. Service needs to Improve, we didn’t got water if we didn’t asked for, we had to ask for silverware since there was none by the time the food arrived, the arepas needed more salt, Desire our server was nice and tried to please us. The new place have to improve a lot to keep the doors open , the ambience was boring, it was lacking some music, the chef needs to cut steak properly for the guest to be able to enjoy the espetada, more seasoning for the meat to taste better. I have seen it driving by My husband and I decided to try it and we're not disappointed the atmosphere the service and the food was excellent. The decor is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting and the bar which will be open soon was beautifully done. We ordered the mix grill with two sides and it was delicious Had chicken tenderloin, steak, chorizo, sausage, and grilled cheese. It was so much for two people. This was epic bad. If you don't know or don't have the ingredients to make an old fashioned, say so. I can pick something else. I ordered a 14 oz ribeye steak, medium rare. I got 2oz steak medium well, no seasoning just bland, 12oz of fat. Caesar salad was not caesar but still a salad, so fine. Yuca was fine a little bland, but I have no reference. May have been an off night or bad meat shipment, some guy off the street to cook, I don't know. I wanted to get out as quickly as possible, paid, went to Buffalo Wild Wings as I was still hungry.
