A deep dive into Miller's Ale House

Millers Ale House restaurant welcomed us with a varied and appetizing gastronomic offer. We started our culinary experience with the Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip, a vegetarian appetizer that, although delicious, was overly salty on this occasion. Nevertheless, its irresistible flavor made us overlook this small inconvenience, especially when paired with tortilla chips, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We continued with the main course, where the Ribeye stood out. This juicy, 12-ounce piece of meat, cooked to a perfect medium-rare as requested, was a delight for the palate. The choice of melted garlic butter and the touch of blackened seasoning added an extra flavor that complemented the dish perfectly. The side of broccoli and mashed potatoes was on point, serving as an excellent counterpoint to the richness of the meat. In contrast, the Atlantic Salmon, although well-presented and of adequate size, was somewhat dry and overcooked. Despite this, the overall flavor was acceptable, and the side of mashed potatoes and broccoli helped to balance the experience. A special mention goes to the Mimi’s Fiesta Chicken & Shrimp Bowl, a new dish on the menu, inspired by a member of the restaurant's team. This dish was a total hit, according to my daughter, who enjoyed it to the fullest. The combination of grilled chicken, blackened shrimp, black bean corn salsa, cilantro lime rice, chimichurri, creamy red chili sauce, pickled red onions, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco resulted in a feast of flavors and textures that delighted our palates. Last but not least, we concluded our experience with the classic Capt. Jack’s Buried Treasure. This dessert, consisting of triple-layered vanilla ice cream cake, Oreo® cookie crust, Heath® Bar crunch crumble, caramel, and hot fudge sauce, is our all-time favorite. The combination of textures and flavors creates an indulgent experience that always leaves us satisfied. Despite some minor setbacks, such as the excess salt in the appetizer and the overcooked salmon, the exceptional attention of the waitress and the manager, who made sure our experience was enjoyable, made our visit memorable. We especially appreciate the gesture of allowing us to enjoy the appetizer until the end of the meal (lol). This, along with our long history as repeat customers, leads us to rate Millers Ale House as a recommended place to enjoy good food in a welcoming atmosphere. A pesar de esto, el sabor general fue aceptable, y el acompañamiento de puré de papas y brócoli ayudó a equilibrar la experiencia. Mención aparte merece el Mimi’s Fiesta Chicken & Shrimp Bowl, un plato nuevo en el menú, inspirado por un miembro del equipo del restaurante. Este plato fue un éxito total, según las palabras de mi hija, quien lo disfrutó al máximo. La combinación de pollo a la parrilla, camarones a la parrilla, salsa de frijoles negros y maíz, arroz cilantro limón, chimichurri, salsa cremosa de chile rojo, cebollas rojas encurtidas, lechuga rallada, pico de gallo y queso fresco resultó en un festín de sabores y textura

Ok im posting this review because it has gotten annoying. I love the menu the flavors but when I first started ordering here and got introduced to this banging combination called zingers mountain melt, I immediately got hooked! Loved them! I could survive on them but at almost $15 one would expect that at least the bottom of the pan would be filled with fries... like it use to be! About the first 3 times... Hence my first comment of great flavors but consistency issues. I mean really it's $13 and change but it's fries... one of the most cheapest items in the industry with the other one being chicken which are strips (they do cost a bit more and the quantity of 8 is perfect) but the last 4 times I have ordered before and this 5th time have looked around the same. One time was almost half of what's in these pictures! But honestly from a Chef who is hooked on the menu and ambiance, please put a full pan of fries and the 8 strips for $14 in a consistent way. It would make me choose you more frequently. Every time the subject "I'm hungry, what we going to eat?" comes up! Just a tip not a rant... well a little rant

Yeah first time going to this Miller Ale House and it was really nice very clean nice service with everybody which is always one of my big things is how good is the service and it was very good service constantly checking up on us and everything I was with them friends I ordered hamburger and fries well done like I always do everywhere I go and it was very good. Yes all they have different locations different places we went to the one that was on John Young not so far from the loop in Kissimmee in between Kissimmee and Orlando so we had a great time it was good of course we didn't wait too long that day but then there's times that you have to wait because of this social distancing. But it was great it was great so this is Johnny from adventures with the riveras signing off don't forget to like pictures and follow us see you in our next adventure

So my food was steak with onion rings on it and some loaded mashed potatoes. Asked for my steak to be well done with a slight pink line in middle and they gave me medium rare (the juices leaking from the steak was red), which I don't like so they took it back and tried to cook it some more and all they did was make it charcoal. Like it tasted like burnt charcoal. So they took it back and finally brought it to me right. For the inconvenience they comped my meal. But they wouldn't have had to do that if they would have just brought it to me right the first time and then just got me a whole new steak a second time instead of bringing it tasting like charcoal!! On the other hand our waiter was very nice. All together and give him before because everything else was good it was just a steak that was messed up!

I have come to almost every single Millers Ale House in Central Florida and maybe once or twice has been 100%. Last month, my cousin came from New York and told him best place is Ale House. We found a broken glass in a dish that was meant for a baby. “Terrible”. Then, after some some time, I give it another chance after my disappointment. Came today to the Hunters Creek Ale House and ordered the Mimi Fiesta Bowl just because the photo of the menu seems appetizing and filling. I get my plate and it’s a half of bowl!!!!!! Disappointed and it’s a disgrace how it’s a bait and switch! I will be writing a letter to the CEO to make sure False advertising doesn’t take place in any of the locations!!!! This is ridiculous and insane!!!!!! How long will it take to have a good decent meals without an issue???
