I'm a licensed bartender. Food critic and perfectionist. Where one might say a bartender is yelling one might say it's the acoustics and they are Cuban. They are not yelling they are talking. Lol The food is fresh authentic and homemade. This is not Taco Bell. If you wish it to be all you need to do is ask for lettuce tomatoes and cheese. They accommodate. Cheese is an option not an expected. Some people are lactose intolerant. And here, they don't throw away food. If you want a Burrito quesadilla it will be made. If you want tacos with onions peppers mushrooms it will be made. But, you must ask. I recommend the Berria tacos for those who want Brisket that melts in your mouth. This is not a five star restaurant. But you will get 5 star service. Here you can walk in and choose where to sit. You will be greeted with a hello and friendly smile. Possibly guided to a chair in the event you can't walk for yourself. Hi Chrissy 😘 and if you ever sit at the bar with the loud Cuban. You will be treated as a King and Queen. There are many who have gotten the treatment and have been back. So for that one lady who already had a bad day. I suggest the tinga chicken it's shredded juicy and moist. Where as grilled chicken is just that. Chicken grilled. Kinda not exciting as the tinga. So instead of criticizing maybe you should become one and ask questions or for recommendations.
