CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER TOO OFTEN AND SOMETIMES LIE ABOUT IT! I have to say, you dont necessaily expect an exceptional service at McDonalds, but you dont expect an unwelcoming vibe either. You dont ever get a hello here when you walk in; you dont get a hi back even when you say it first. This is the closest location from where I live and I stop by whenever I crave some late night snack when everything else is closed. I once walked in to get a "large" ice coffee with "less ice" becase they often get it wrong when you customize your order at a drive-thru. It took them awhile to get my drink, but still got it wrong and gave me a medium size. I told the guy that I ordered a large. He said ohh and hesitated a bit. Then he said that was the large. I could tell he contemplated a bit whether to lie to me or not but i guess he decided he would give it a try. I looked at him and said no, I ordered large sizes too often to know that it's not. He said ohh and took it back. I do not want to believe that he lied to me just because he did not want to make it again, but there is no other explanation (or maybe he was so dumb that he didnt know the difference in the size??). Not getting a hi back is one thing but being lied to so you would not get what you paid for is unacceptable. You still expect an honest service whether how cheap your order might be. My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. We arrived around 9:15 PM and waited about 10 minutes for our food. While waiting, a cleaning lady was loudly complaining in Spanish, saying things like “all these people are coming and I’m not going home tonight.” She seemed very upset and continued making noise while cleaning, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
When we finally got our food and sat down to eat, someone who appeared to be the manager came over and told us we only had five minutes to finish our meal. The cleaning lady stood behind her the entire time. I explained that if we only had five minutes to eat, I would rather have my money back, but the manager repeated that we had only five minutes and warned us not to sit on the other side because it had already been cleaned.
To make matters worse, they blocked the bathroom with cleaning buckets, and my elderly mother—who is handicapped—was unable to use it. After this, several other customers entered, and no one said anything to them about time limits.
We felt disrespected and discriminated against, especially since we were speaking Spanish. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this...
Read moreI was there at 8:47 pm July 10. Finished ordering in 2 mins 8:49 pm. I ordered bacon quarter pounder and small iced mocha. This is the slowest mcdonalds. Staff is clueless about everything. They pretend they don't hear you whenever you ask for help. I understand you guys are busy with too many orders. But I think you should not ignore people trying to follow up their orders especially if it's been more than 20 minutes for only 2 easy items. They finished my order for 26 mins to be exact. Also they tried giving me the wrong order just because they're too lazy to put whip cream on the iced mocha. They have been giving me iced mocha with whip cream without me telling them so that's why I thought it always come with it. They all told me it doest come with it. Instead of just making it right to customer rather than making it seem it's my fault. They replaced it but with a mocha frappe I told them already I didn't order frappe. These kids need to be trained. The only crew who provided good customer service is the tall guy at the front. He can actually keep up with the phase.
