Potbelly — Restaurant in Fort Worth

UPDATE!!!! I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON 12/01/2022 AS YOU REQUESTED, AND AS OF TODAY 12/07/2022 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. IT'S A GOOD THING THAT YOUR FOOD IS DECENT BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!! One star and that’s being generous. Long story short, I placed an order online on 11-11-22, order had said it was delivered, it never was (also was not aware that they use a 3rd party delivery service). Called the store was told that the order was picked up, was told that they would look into the issue and call me back, never called me back so I called them, was told my order was being remade and would be delivered to me and that my money (total of $33 bucks for two sandwiches) would be refunded. Finally did receive my order which was about 1.5 hours later. On 11-16-22 I still had not received a refund, someone from the store had reached out to me (after I had sent an email in regards to the situation) to let me know that they apologize for dropping the ball and that they had reached out to their district manager to have my money refunded. As of today 11-27-22 I STILL have not received a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing to be told lies over and over again. I will try Potbelly again but DEFINITELY NOT...

NOT a deli style sandwich shop. Some of their sandwiches will include "chunks" of meat depending on which version you order and they will not confirm this with you ahead of time. Be VERY careful about reading the menu because the workers won't hesitate once your order is placed because of how packed it gets. It was my first time here and nobody seemed to care to explain anything to me and the sandwich ended up coming out totally wrong. They gave me money back though so lesson learned. If I want a deli sub I'll go somewhere else. As for what I did end up tasting. Pretty meh honestly. I tossed it into the trash after eating half. Better places literally within a couple of miles. If you really want to try a Potbelly for the first time go to another location that's not slammed like this one. Also, I really don't like not being able to see what's going on behind the counter. None of my sandwich issues would have occurred had I been able to see what was being added to it.

First time at this location and my fiancee and I are very disappointed. I talked you guys up to her because of the two amazing experiences I've had at the Arlington Highlands location, and I completely regret it because our sandwiches have no flavor, the place is entirely too crowded, and I just asked her to spend her hard-earned money on both of us. I hate writing reviews like this because I want so much to love you guys and honor this place with my words, but I cannot.
