I heard such good things about this place. I an a local and decided to try the hype. All the internet feed says they open at 11am. After working a night shift I showed up and parked out front… 10 minutes early. 11am rolls around and no lights or sign of business. By then an employee from AT&T showed up, two employees from Bell Helicopter…and some other couple…. waiting for some lunch. At 11:12am I called them and someone answered in very soft tone “hello” Me: “are you guys open today?” Rodeo Taco “yes” Me: “ok well WE are all sitting out front and there is no sign of life in the restaurant” BOOM they hang up!! I drove by after lunch (1:10pm) and still the ghostly appearance. Neon sign was not lit up nor were there any customers. In my opinion, there are many great options in close proximity. Do not waste your time! Two blocks away is a great staple, Dos Molinas. They open early, serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Senior plates and daily specials.

We always get our food to go but this is one of our go to places. Lately they've been having issues with menufy orders not going through but the two times it's happened they wrote the order down from my email and made it for me right then. They even gave me a couple extra tacos for the trouble. I have a lot of respect for the guys that work here. Most of the time it's just the one guy running everything. When it gets busy I can't imagine how overwhelming that must feel but I've watched him and he's very calm and just gets it done.

This place has the best authentic tacos around the DFW area. I'm from El Paso, home of aunthentic Mexican food. Not that Tex-Mex, which is good in its own way. This place makes delicious street-style tacos. The type you will find anywhere in Mexico. I highly recommend it. It's a family own and run little place. Don't be discourage on the look, it's a hole in the wall, but the taste is HUGE! And don't forget to get yourself "una coka o Jarritos" to compliment those tacos.

I typically don't give negative reviews or submit complaints. I know there are some situations that become unfortunate through no fault of anybody. But this was such a terrible experience, I felt compelled to say something.

I arrived on a Monday night to pick up an online order but was told an order never came through. I showed them my email order confirmation and also saw my card was charged the order amount. Was told the order never came in and to order again. I said if I did that, I would get charged again, but they persisted. To see if there was an issue on their end, I agreed just to find and help them find the root of the issue. Placed another online pickup order there inside the restaurant, and they still didn't receive the order. My card was charged again, and I received another email order confirmation.

Still needing my food, I actually had to press them to honor the order. They finally made my order, 30 minutes after I was to receive my original order. Asked multiple times to refund the second order they requested and was finally refunded with cash.

This would've all been fine if the food was good, but mine was awful. Quesadilla I ordered had a pool of liquid collected at the bottom of the plate making it a soggy, inedible mess. Imagine a quesadilla dunked in water. Fries were soggy as well.

Can't believe the positive reviews for this place. There are so many better taco places in the area you should check...

Ordered here 5x. The fifth time had the 5 plate , pastor taco and chicken cheese quesidilla and literally just crumbled up fat for meat with NO meat. Threw away everything. And the chicken cheese- little pieces of chicken - it was just mostly eating flour with cheese that's it for $13.

Disgusting. If you can't at least do subpar food just say your out of meat. Why dish out something that is not edible.

And the burrito I didn't even touch. I put it for free in our employee fridge for someone else.

Time and $50 wasted. Never ever coming back.

This used to be my to go for tacos. I only went here. And this time I ubered it. Is there a difference idk ? Or whoever worked Saturday , Dec. 17th in the afternoon...
