Delicious and fresh take on Indian food, but terrible service. If you eat here then don’t even bother dining in, just order takeout. We walked in and sat ourselves down at a table since nobody welcomed or greeted us. After about 10-15 minutes without receiving menus or any assistance, we walked up to order at the takeout area, and they asked if we were dining in or doing takeout. I told her we were planning on dining in and so she told us to take a seat. We sat back down and waited about another 10 minutes with no eye contact or communication from the staff as they assisted and spoke to tables directly next to us. It should also be noted that there were only two other tables that were seated in the entire restaurant, so it wasn’t unreasonable to expect the staff to be even the slightest bit more attentive or respectful of our time. After even more waiting, frustration, and debating to leave and eat somewhere else, we finally went BACK to the takeout area to get our food ordered, and even then it took 20 minutes to receive our takeout food. I rarely write reviews, but the amount of frustration that the lack of service caused at Spice8 is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never step foot into this restaurant again, and will only order from here through UberEats from now on only because the food...

My husband and I picked up food from Spice 8 on NYE and brought it home. It was our first time coming here and the inside was nicely decorated, clean, and overall good atmosphere. Our to-go order was done very quickly. The young man behind the counter was kind and polite.

The food itself was delicious. We got butter chicken, chicken biryani, and garlic naan. Butter chicken is a classic we always order at Indian restaurants and it was delicious. Chicken was so tender and not dry, so that’s always a plus. The chicken biryani is something new that we tried and it was so good. There were so many different flavors in it- perfectly spiced and little hints of sweetness from the raisins! We were very pleased. The garlic naan was also great. They were a little on the thin side, but one order came with 8 pieces, I believe? And plenty of garlic on top. We will definitely...

I’ve never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’ve ordered Kadai Panner spicy along with Naan. There is only two customers in dining also they took 30 minutes. Finally I got food without spicy and Naan didn’t cooked completely. Entree comes with rice, he didn’t get us rice as well, when we asked him, he told chef asked him not to provide rice since customers are wasting food. Then why did you mentioned Entree comes with rice. To put on gravy on our plates server didn’t provide spoons as well to serve. Worst service I have ever seen. Worst taste. I won’t recommend to this anyone. Better search for other restaurants to near by. Owner is responsible for this to take as serious issue. Finally they charged for whole items, even after saying rice is not provide they didn’t provide customer loyalty to me. Very bad ethics. Overall: very bad restaurant with...

I had the pleasure of dining at Spice 8 Nepalese Restaurant in Texas during my visit from Australia 🇦🇺, and it was a delightful culinary experience. The standout dish for me was undoubtedly the dumplings; they were the best I've tried in town, bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The rice bowl at Spice 8 is a must-try. It was a flavorful and satisfying dish that left me craving for more. Although I was missing lamb 🐑 on the menu, the lamb shank we had was a pleasant surprise. It reminded me of the delicious lamb dishes back in Australia 🇦🇺, and I was thoroughly impressed with the flavors and tenderness. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Texas and looking for authentic Nepalese cuisine, Spice 8 is definitely worth a visit.

Change in menu means I had to check it out. Looks like ownership changed again and now met with new and different smiling guy at the front. Ordered a bunch of grill items and it was super delicious and they gave a free dessert. Will have to come back. Prices were fair and the meat flavorful and freshly grilled I can't get enough of the lamb chops Mango lassi is so mangoey 😄, spicy chow mein with paneer for a good veg option Went back for the umpteenth time but suspect ownership has changed. Dont see the same smiling guy at the front checkout or the cook in the back who always asked me "How spicy??" They also charged me more for the paneer option and the chowmein is not as tasty as before. The lassi this time around was also too spicy and not mangoey enough for me. Samosas havent changed, still as good as it was before

I recently dined at Spice 8 in Fort Worth, TX, and it was a culinary journey that left me thoroughly impressed. Their new menu, blending Indian and Greek cuisine, is a delightful fusion of flavors. Each dish was a taste sensation, showcasing the richness of both cultures. They have made many changes under new management and their head chef Ashok Kumar is down to earth and passionate about food. The real icing on the cake, or should I say, "spice" in the curry, was the freshly made baklava cake. It added an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was impeccable. They also have live music on Friday evening. Spice 8 is a gem in Fort Worth for those seeking a unique culinary adventure with a side of live entertainment. I highly recommend it for a memorable night out.
