Arby's — Restaurant in Fresno

I'm not one to complain and go to far measures but if I'm taking my time to write this review....you know it's bad. We went around 8pm for dinner and the manager was very unprofessional. She was complaining about how she can't wait to go to sleep. She looked at me and my boyfriend and asked us if we wanted a job. I said "excuse me"? Confused. And she just laughed very sarcastically. She then was complaining directly to my boyfriend and I about how she's so annoyed bc she won't be able to get her check stubs and she would rather be asleep. Just complaining to us about her personal problems...Im literally speechless at how unprofessional she is. Besides her being unprofessional, 3 customers came after us and got their food before us. I wasn't worried bc we ordered chicken strips and they said they were still in the fryer. When the food came I was expecting fresh hot chicken strips and they were literally as dry as chicken jerky. They were chewy and room temperature and hard as hell. I know for a fact that they were not fresh and those tenders were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I had not eaten at an Arby's since I was around 10. It was one of my grandmother's favorite go-to's when we visited. I'm 53 now. So, it's been awhile. I was pleasantly surprised. I was more curious than HUNGRY. It would be great if you offered a Roast Beef Jalepeno slider with a 3 piece jalepeno popper with the Bronco sauce / Small drink: that is the PERFECT size snack, wake up the taste buds, pack of power to get you through the day. At first I was eating one of those poppers and thinking how they reminded me of the ones my mom use to make us. If only I had that sweet pepper jelly she served with them and BAM! There in the bag was that berry Bronco sauce. Well done. 😋 UPDATE: I asked if there was a regular size version of the Jalepeno Roast Beef Slider. The cashier/ man taking my order at the drive thru said ,"Yes". So, that it what I ordered for my drive back home. I was really hungry since I had missed lunch. Really long wait but the food was great.what you expect from Arby's. .... UPDATE! Well the wait time for management to reply is definitely faster then the line moves .(jk). One can only hope that this type of customer consideration will become the norm in the world we all share.
