DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Sometimes the drinks are made great MOST times they dont make it right at all. When I pay for multiple shots I expect all the shots I'm paying for, I really shouldn't have to turn my car around and be one of those people that complain and now I'm running late because of the line. The quality of the drink that I get every day should not fluctuate in taste, I know when I'm getting all of my shots and when I dont. I'm just asking for consistency that's all especially when I'm paying $0.50 - $0.75 a shot.
Update: Now they keep getting my order wrong and is saying that it has to be ordered the way they want me to order it and when I go back to get it corrected withthe correct amount of shots they charge me when it's their fault. So I will no longer be going to this location and if that is the same result at other locations I will be going to Dutch Brothers from then on they have the same quality of coffee anyway and wont get my order wrong.. Didn't ask for it cause I was in a hurry and the line is so long. I came back with my daughter same day but at nighttime. Ordered eggnog plus 2 other drinks, still didn't get the cup..I asked for it this time. The barista just stared at me with the look on his face like he didn't know what I was referring to. Read moreThe employees were all working and moving the lines - so I respect they may be "short staffed." Here in 2025 large corporations need to cut costs - and have as few humans as possible. That being said, this Starbucks is horrible and I won't be back. There was a nearly 20 min wait! This is not an airport, this is Fresno and the orders were prioritized by drive thru first, seated guests and then last in line was the app orders. I get it. But I won't be back at this location - no sense of urgency and absolutely not worth waiting 20 mins for a tea....
