Went there with a friend as a thank-you dinner for for me weather for Monday night football maybe five tables in the entire restaurant no host or hostess to seat anybody so we had to seat ourselvesWas a little slow getting served but our server was good the food on the other hand is another joke I ordered pasta with chicken the chicken was warm to the touch not anything fancy no flavor just chicken the pasta was warm on the bottom scalding hot on the top because they don't know how to cook my friend ordered a half a rack of ribs they were brought to the table cold to the touch and taste after 15 minutes or server came back we told her that the food was cold when it was brought to the table she apologized which we both told her it was not her fault it was the people in the back of house that if somebody needs to tell the cook in the back how to use the microwave if you're going to take something out of the warmer and it's not 100% warm don't just stick barbecue sauce on it and put it on a plate and send it out but as it turns out we were not the only customers who were unhappy and unsatisfied another table is paying $6 for salad dressing for ranch dressing with her 99-cent wings because it's not included it's a super upcharge they ordered drinksthey were not informed that their drinks were not on the 241 menu and then were informed after they've already had their drinks what their drinks on a two-for-one special were that is poor staff poor management they should be embarrassed that they charge so much for a ranch dressing when you buy $15 worth of wings to domestic beers should not be$10 overall unsatisfying not a pleasant experience don't think I'll drive another 35 minutes one way to ever...

7/1/24 ~7:20pm First time visiting this place since our usual burger spot is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Instead of ordering takeout over the phone, we ordered at the location. It was raining on n off all day so we were lucky that the place wasn't packed for dinner yet.

Free parking lot had lots of spaces available before dinner time (7pm).

Greeted at the front desk/cashier by a friendly young man. He said he was new, so my husband and I were extra patient with getting our order in. We relayed the order twice since the 1st time he took a phone order (understandable), which mistakenly canceled our original order. The 2nd time, he supposedly had our order for dine-in instead of takeout so a senior staff member (Hudgins?) stepped in to help. We ordered 1 classic burger with a well-done egg, 1 order of 3 mini burgers well done, with fries and 10 boneless wings (half teriyaki, half garlic).

Take-out/ to-go order took about 20-30 minutes to be ready and was made well / correct. Burger satisfied the fast food craving, fries were crunchy, and boneless wings were tasty. Lost 1 star for the service being slower than we expected. Though with more experience, that new guy will hopefully get better since he was personable and friendly, just not knowledgeable about what to enter on the POS (point-of-sale) kiosk.

The location itself isn't our cup of tea (we prefer smaller quieter places), but for the bargoer, it has a welcoming large bar / open wood-paneled layout that has plenty of space. Air definitely smelled a bit like beer and lots of burgers, which are probably their best selling items.

The reason you get a one star, is because I cannot leave a zero star.

And I’ll give you my reasons.

The food was excellent. Five stars. The service was good… Up until it wasn’t.

And I’ll give you my reason reasons.

It is an absolutely gorgeous day outside, my fiancé And I chose to go to this restaurant to eat on the patio outside. Everything was going swimmingly until about 13 minutes into it. Our cold beverages came out sparkling looking crispy, our mushrooms came out, looking hot and delicious.

And then it happened.

What seemed like every crew member that the masters Lawn Care and pet service employ seemed to all have gasoline leaf blowers blowing 3 feet away from where we We’re trying to enjoy our lunch.

I expected it to maybe last 30 seconds. But no, it lasted eight or nine minutes. It kind of seemed like they were doing laps blowing dust leaves, and trash all over the outside patio area.

There were two other people on the patio who were just as shocked as we were.

The service was good, but I still give it one star because the manager did not come out. I’ll say that again, the manager did not come out after that, nor did they even come out to ask if we had enjoyed our lunch. I have worked in the restaurant industry, and still work in the service industry.

The wait staff was good. They get five stars. The manager gets zero stars. ZEROOOO
