Fazoli's — Restaurant in Georgetown Charter Township

I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this location.

I recently went through the drive through for a salad, and after waiting 15-20 minutes at the window, I was given the entirely wrong salad. I've had this issue many times with this location and have learned to check food in the parking lot before pulling out.

I went through the drive through a second time to get the correct salad. I drove home with my order to find that the chicken was raw and there was no dressing (for either salad).

I called the store four times with no answer. I'm not sure the point of having a phone if the team rarely answers. On my fifth attempt, I reached a manager/lead. I'm not sure who I spoke with because she didn't introduce herself. I explained my frustration with my experience and instead of apologizing, she immediately snipped back saying "actually the chicken wasn't raw, I cooked and temped it myself." I've worked in four restaurants and can very confidently say the chicken was raw and unsafe to eat. The manager/lead said she would refund my order, but hung up before taking my information.

Worst Fazoli location ever....I would give zero stars if I could. Waited 45 minutes for a dine in order. Never came. Son inquired at counter with receipt...order had been sitting with half order missing employees had been grabbing to fill other orders per cashier....5 minutes later server brought the 2 drinks and 2 cold entrees missing half order. I said this isn't even our whole order...she replied I know I don't know what happened to it. I indicated I wanted to just have my card refunded and we.would leave and go elsewhere 5 hour drive home and now wasted an hour no dinner ( and numerous pple had seated themselves and been served orders after us)...she asked if I'd like a manager I said yes to get a refund. 15 min later no manager. Went and stood in line while cashier helped 4 more orders...as we waited another family came up for manager as well to be refunded for a pizza that was not received and they had been waiting 40.minutes while half their order was immediately received. I had to ask the kid bussing tables for a manager. I said I'd like a refund we've waited over an hour now. She was rude. Didn't offer any apology. Or to make our order right or fresh...just here I canceled the payment on your card. Don't bother to go spend your time...

Absolutely horrible decline in service and quality this place. I know that Fazolis is typically not your cheapest drive through option but their reduced quality makes this laughable. We tried their new stuffed shells and then ordered some pepperoni pizza. We only have less than a two mile drive home but all the food was lukewarm when we got home even though these were supposed to be pasta “baked”. But the worst part was the pizza. They have reduced their pizza slice size so small. They are easily half the size they used to be and way thinner. Didn’t even look edible. The two pieces used to fill these boxes. This piece of pizza was $3.99! You can get an entire pizza from little Caesar’s for around $5 and it is way better. I will not be back. This is just unbelievable how they chopped the quantities in HALF and still kept the prices the same. And it was all cold. It was all disgusting. Save your money and make some jarred pasta at home. It will be way better and 1/10 the price. I was so sad before when they were possibly going to close but after this, they don’t deserve to be open. $28 for...
