Not a good grill, even worse customer service. I sent them emails and called many times and no response. I finally found them on Facebook and messaged them and they did respond but it took a long time. They seem to have an address for bringing products into the US but the company is based in china according to the message I got back. There seems to be no US based customer service. My grill won’t hold temps and rises fast. I’ve had it 5 days. It went to 600 degrees on the initial burn in and had to shut it off. After that the temps are off by 100 degrees or more. I would not recommend this grill to anyone ever. The grill is set to 180 if you can make it out on the bottom of the screen. At 30 mins at 180 these are my temps. NOT A...

Bought grill direct from Zgrill on Sept 29. Deliverly was quick. As of today 11/13 it remains a piece of junk. I have not been able to cook a thing. They sent out a new circuit board. Didn't work.
