Well this morning was the worst experience ever. I forgot to add my coffee to the order and at the window I asked if I could add it on, the lady went to get the manager I guess she didn't speak English well. The manager with an attitude said no we don't do that here at the window. I was like the last time a few weeks back they rang it up at the other register, she said I do not and rolled her eyes. I was like wow that was very rude. I let it go.. I'm waiting at the window for like 4 mins waiting for the food. and she the manager tossed our bag and I told her with the time that we have been waiting I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue to ring it up at the other register again she rolled her eyes and was shaking her head. I asked for her name and she walked away. I asked the lady at the window what her name was and in Spanish she started talking about me in Spanish , I responded to her in Spanish and I asked if she could please give me the name of the manager I just spoke with. She said nothing at all. I hear a older man at the door down from drive thru window yelling me me to pull up as I'm holding the line. I pulled up and he was even worse that the lady was, he said what is your problem what do you need. I told him I was simply asking for the managers name, he said why do you need her name for. I said because I was going to call cooperate and make a complaint. he then said why what happened I started to explained to him what had happened and he said No we cant take orders at the window. I said I understand that is not why I'm upset I'm upset with the way I was being treated. The way the lady in the window was talking about me in Spanish not knowing I also speak Spanish. He walked away. So both "Managers" refused to give their names and both treated me poorly. Glendale McDonald's you need to do better! We stop here at least 5 times a week sometimes all 7 days. I don't mind changing my route to give another McDonald's my money to not be...

Menu said small fries were $1.39 and the sign advertising parfait and cookies said if we don't offer them they're free. They offered nuggets but not the parfait or cookies. I didn't make an issue of it. When I pull up to the window to pay, the girl working didn't say a word. She doesn't repeat the order to confirm, doesn't tell me the total, doesn't say here's your change... Not even hello or have a nice day. I get my change and receipt and notice they charged $1.49 for the small fry instead of the $1.39 the menu said. I bring it up to the girl at the next window a d she goes to check and comes back and tells us the cheeseburger is $1.49... nope the cheeseburger is only $1 so we repeat ourselves and she comes back with a young guy. He tells us the prices went up. He says "I don't know what to tell you.." not even refund the 10 cents, not even refund the fries, not even a cookie, nothing. So while we have the attention of the "manager" (I assume he was a manager but he looked like he was fresh out of high school) we mention the speechless girl working the register. Read moreNormally, I get decent service from you guys. A little slow, but reasonable. Today, june 15, at 1:35 PM, I bought a meal and was not given my coke or sons chocolate milk. The coke was handed through the window nicely. But when we checked to see if the chocolate milk was there in my sons bag, it wasnt. No big deal. I run in and ask for it. They send me to my car to grab the receipt, no big deal again. However once I did that I was asked to wait for them to look. After 5 minutes and no one sayinganything, the you g man who sent his coworker to look finally asks his coworker who says we dont have any. I accept a regular milk. This was super annoying standing there for 5 mins for something you all didnt have. And then to not offer anything extra for not be able to help seems odd. If I was at any other place, they would have given me something extra. Let's just say I would lol. Anyways, please step up your handling of customers when they've been slighted. I NEVER leave reviews...this rubbed me raw.
