Lobby closes at 10, my guess the lady telling us it's 10 pm and that they're closed is a manager with an angry face and attitude and saying you know that we are closed right? a la chingada aka you know we're closed right, what the hell...? in Spanish and getting upset that customers spending 100 bucks in her store for being in her lobby 10 mins past her open lobby hours is disrespectful to her than it will also be disrespectful of us to come back to her store again period. Thanks for the disrespect to spend money in your store. Next time we will spend it in another restaurant not to even talk that the accuracy of order at this store for orders thru drive thru here is not always the best multiple times I've been here because the proximity to the store and gotten home and been missing things or it has beef when I order with chicken unfortunately seems like this manager owns not this store but also manages the North Ave location please 🙏 ne nicer to tour customers going forward I'll make the extra drive to go to Stratford location based on their friendliness. And just so she's aware the same of money could be spent in an authentic Mexican place taco bell isn't doing anykne a favor with her as a manager from a previous Golden Bell award recipient make the change in management or attitude. Doesn't cost...
Read moreStopped at this Taco Bell for the first time because it was on the way to various shopping errands. Other than slightly higher prices (which I attribute to its location, maybe a different franchisee than I normally frequent) the food was the normal Taco Bell fare. Possibly a slightly better fill of the burritos than else where, but in all fairness it has been awhile. With a minor hiccup on which burrito was which (the wrappers have the items we ordered listed on the same corner thus the confusion) which was was easily fixed by looking inside the burrito. In their defense they did mark the burritos as to which was which. However with that marking being essentially on the bottom of the burrito when picked up, and when you just open the wrapper enough to pull it down to gain access so you can eat without a mess, then spotting the marking is a little on the hard side. The staff was friendly, polite and courteous. All in all, other than being slightly higher price than I am used to, maybe $2-3 dollars more including tax for two people having a full lunch. My items were .30 cents more apiece. Several of of companions items were more than. 30 cents apiece more expensive. Again it could be location, franchise and what people will pay. All in all, a Taco Bell well within...
Read moreI arrived at 710pm to pick up a mobile order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes or more was never acknowledged by any employee even tho 2 looked right at me. Finally, 1 said, "Give me just a second." I understand being busy, at least acknowledge the customer once you see them. It could even be the kitchen staff. Acknowledgment goes a long way.
Here, I sit in a line with 4 cars ahead of me. I placed a mobile order, got to the speaker box, and told them I had a mobile order. I asked if I needed to pull around the other cars, which probably placed orders at the box. I was told no wait in line. So my food will be cold when I receive it, obviously. I would have gone in to get my food, but the lobby closed at 10pm. So here I sit as my food gets colder. I'm not sure what the issue is. I did, however, see 2 employees outside at their car and started to go back in when I found out the lobby was closed. My opinion if you have a line around your building, you do not need employees outside in their car. I got to the window, and she gave me a total, and i told her i had a mobile order. I checked in at the speaker box at 10:07 pm. I received my food at 10:20 pm. I'm not very happy with this...
