But today someone different handled our takeout order of the new bb salted carmel banana pancakes and not a single thing of butter or syrup was put in the bag. Few months back at night timeowever there was one dude running the place who was very rude. Judged us right away making a comment that he can smell the "meth drugs" on us which funny enough anyone that has a clue bout drugs knows meth doesn't even have a smell like that LOL so OK and we had literally just bikes it there from our house less than a mile away smokmg a weed joint yes but that is legal and far from meth or his business. As finished before got there and shared a cigarette before going in my man was so offended he wanted to leave but I said no we aren't going to let him win like that we are going to eve leave a good tip and you'll make him think twice before judging people like that. Then when left there was a cop parked across the parking lot that ended up getting 2 of his buddies to follow us around harassing us for the next hour getting us separated and just messing with us as had no reason to even be bothering us and we just knew had something to do with this guy. He's the Mexican night manager not sure if still is but probably. Read moreMy fiance' and I went to this location around 8:45 AM this morning to hopefully grab breakfast. We were seated to a table promptly, but the wait begins. Around the 15 minute mark, a young couple comes in, was seated at the table next to ours, and was immediately seen by a waitress. Now, I can understand if the three waitresses were really busy and the location was filled with customers, but three waitress, location not too busy, yet we were never seen or acknowledge with the comment "We will be right with you." Ah, it must be Cold Shoulder Sunday. We were quite upset with this treatment and left, but not without me yelling at the young lady at the desk saying were never seen. That is okay. We won't be back. But allow me to a give a lesson about Customer Service. 1. You seat the customers promptly; 2. Acknowledge said customers with a "Hello" and "We will be right with you."; 3. Start serving customers. The first action was done correctly. Not so much with the other 2. We been to other Denny's in the past and received excellent customer service. AND THEY WERE BUSY TOO!!! Imagine that, hmmmmm. For those that want to be ignored, please venture to this location and enjoy that cold shoulder treatment with a side of nothing. For those that want to stay in a good mood on a Sunday, venture to other location or to Panera bread, which is where we had our breakfast and came out happy. Read moreThey are very racist and since new people took over. It has gone down hill they have lost a lot of good employees due to terrible management. Employees that had been there for 5 and 8 years. They have lost a lot of regular customers due to horrible management. They are very racist against African American and Caucasians. There has been times that the manager Lupita has made very racist remarks to other employees in Spanish about fellow employees because she was unaware that some of the employees spoke and understood Spanish. There has been customer complaints because she refused to help up at the register and left a server with a line out the door while she grabbed her lunch and went and sat down while the server also had her own tables and customer to take care of. The district manager his self is very unprofessional and when you call him he will only respond via text and will not even communicate properly. Numerouse employees and customers have went to him to report things that had been going wrong and he never took any action or investigated the complaints. He to is Hispanic and is only really friendly with other Hispanic employees and has stated that going to the bank and his money is more important than the customers and employee's. This place has lost so many employees in 6 months then any restraunt I have ever been to. They have 2 law suits going against them due to their discrimination.
