I love jumping Java and was so sad when they closed! So I am very glad they are back open as the coffee is as good as ever! I just stopped there on my lunch break and had the kindest cashier who recommended me a popular, tasty drink. I had never tried it before and since I love coffee, I’m always running out of new ideas to try! It’s so good I drank half already! It’s the iced fireball with dark chocolate and raspberry. Thank you for the pick me up ☺️

My fiance and I love coming here. He tried the Blue Lagoon (the pink drink), and I had the Chai-Hi-Chilk. Both drinks were amazing. We love the service and atmosphere here too, we've been here about 5 times, and we are never disappointed.

Good coffee, quiet booths and pleasant staff in a great location with ample parking. Edit and update Oct ‘20. Still good coffee and pleasant staff and a great place with outdoor seating on a gorgeous sunny day in Grand Haven

Stopped in today to get a coffee walking through town. Ordered the drink of the day which was an iced cherry amaretto latte. Waited approximately 10 minutes for our drink with no one in front of us while the person made our drink. Finally handed us a hot coffee. We politely reminded her that we ordered a drink of the day and she said oh shoot and went back to making the iced latte. It was TERRIBLE. The drink tasted only like watered down milk. Sadly I do not think that based on the time taken to make the drink that this employee was prepared to make drinks on her own. Ended up taking a few sips and dumping out. When I lived in the area I would frequent the location, however at this rate I would be far more inclined to try other coffee options...

Service was awful, ordered two sandwiches and after 15 min, one of the staff informed us they were out of roast beef (I got a roast beef sandwich). So they substituted it with turkey instead and it took another 15 minutes to get my sandwich. Second sandwich took even longer! And there was no one in the cafe, except for a handful of high school kids who came in after us. One Sandwich was not worth the $9 I paid. We never got waters that we ordered, we had to ask them to wipe down our table, which ended up smelling worse after it was cleaned. The chips I got were bottom of the bag chips- small broken flakes of chips. They had 4 different staff working so I’m not sure why there was such a delay. Disappointing, and won’t...

I'm glad to find out that Jumpin' Java has recently reopened after being closed for over a year. For those who missed their favorite coffee shop, you'll be pleased to know that the food and drinks taste exactly as remembered!

However, it is currently undergoing some finishing touches in terms of the interior. It doesn't have the same atmosphere as it used to, the one with warm lights, soft music and tall booths. Instead, it now has black and white tiled floor, fluorescent lights, shorter booths and more of a diner vibe. It certainly feels more sterile and less homey.

Despite that, I'm just glad to have my favorite white chocolate coffee back! Will definitely update when they finish...
