I eat lunch here every Friday and it WAS going to be the next lunch location for our group of 23, until today. I made a curbside pick up order around 11:45am with pick up time 12:15. I arrived around 12:20. I called to inform them I was waiting and was told it would be right out. 7 minutes passed so I called back to remind them I was still waiting and was told the same thing. Another 5 minutes passed, still no order. I hopped, (recovering from surgery on my knee), in to get my order and it wasn't ready. I asked to speak to the manager, which happens to be Stephanie, whom was very rude, asked me, "DO YOU SEE THIS LINE?" "Yes I do, but I ordered 50 minutes ago." By this time it's 35 minutes into my lunch break and about 50 minutes since I placed my order and my pie was still in the oven. I informed her of the great inconvenience she caused, my lunch break would be over by the time I got back to work, and I ordered curbside because of my recovery. By this time she's visibly upset. With head and hand motions as she's walking away, she say's I'll refund your money online and you'll get it in 2 to 3 days. I asked for confirmation that she'll be sending me a refund and she said I'll email it to you smarta%%!" Yep, she said it. As much as I love your pies, I will not be eating there again. If Stephanie can't handle situations with poise, she should not be a manager. Good customer service goes a long way.
