So happy I was finally able to try this place! I am visiting from St. Augustine, and where I was staying was right down the street from here. I was first captivated by the decor and it's chic architect of being a container. The week I have been here I drove past it until Sunday I said let's go there! The lettuce pulled pork tacos captivated me: I ordered them and they were delicious! Bib lettuce is one of my fav's. The Mr. had the grilled lamb and it was cooked to perfection, very tender meat fell right off the bone. Same deal for the ribs appetizer. Fries were wedges and seasoned to perfection; so happy they weren't the skinny salty mcdonalds type fries. Everyone there was so friendly, all the staff were so welcoming, and warm. I honestly felt like I was back home (California). Nonetheless I found my spot when I am back again! I aso ordered a cappucinno with cinnamon and a brownie that came with vanilla ice cream. Let me just say I am not a sugar fan but this brownie was so good I was on the verge of ordering another one, only reason I didn't was because I got cut off. Haha. I did in fact order another cappuccino! A malbec was ordered $15 glass it was great, the non alcohic drinks for the littles was a blueberry lemonade and a passiom fruit lemonade both were super yummy and tangy! A ceasar salad $14 was ordered it came with bacon bits, crutons, and cheese the dressing was made in house and it was so good! Our bill total with tax was about $200 we did have two rounds of alcoholic drinks, two rounds of lemonade two rounds of coffee, dessert, an appetizer, and two entrees. It was fair. Ioved the coziness the decor and everything about our visit. We will be back! Thank you Kao Muchas Gracias por un buen tiempo!

Read moreI had high expectations for This restaurant based on its reputation and the previous reviews, but my recent visit was nothing short of disappointing.
We went there Saturday night to celebrate my friend birthday Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. We waited nearly one hour and 40 minutes just to get our food , they don’t gives us a complimentary bread like other Argentinian restaurants instead of that we have peanuts , our waiter seemed uninterested and inattentive. When our main courses finally arrived, they were lukewarm at best. I ordered the steak medium well but it came out medium rare dry. My companion's hummus was bland and lacking any seasoning or flavor. , same as the empanadas , the waiter was completely loss confused the plates . and my meat dish came cut, can you believe that? When we leave I tell the owner and she replies because the restaurant is Argentinian the meat came cut ? I have been to different Argentine restaurants and in Argentina and none of them give me the meat cut in slices , that seems to be a fajita Mexican plate without the veggies
The ambiance was also a letdown. The restaurant was overly noisy, making it hard to have a conversation, and the tables were cramped together. Cleanliness seemed to be an issue as well; the cutlery was spotted, and the restroom was in dire need of attention. I feel like I wasted my money and evening here. I won't be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere for a better dining experience and authentic...
Read moreOverall awful in every way possible and I'm not sure how this place currently is rated 4.5 stars - I'll go by category.
Food - it took over an hour for the food to come out on a WEDNESDAY with 4 servers and 5 occupied tables. Then when the food did come out, it was beyond mediocre. For the price point of the food, absolutely ridiculous. Just the short rib being over $30, it was chewy, stuck on the bone, with 75% of it being fat. They also took the table water away without refilling it, despite not getting our food yet.
Service - like the food, mediocre. While ordering, our child was undecided on the sauce for the gnocchi and the server said we couldn't change it as she already put in the order...while we were ordering??? We also told them about the food as a tip for next time, just to be returned with a single sorry. Nothing to compensate for anything and all while waiting for the food with no notification from the staff (should be the bare minimum since apparently they knew it was taking a while). The table next to us even got up and left. When I asked for the check, they said after we clean the table...what is happening lol
Ambience - I couldn't even hear myself think with how loud the music was. Also the tables are clearly meant for skinny people as it's so hard to sit properly with your legs under the table with the width and the bar underneath.
Customer service should be the bare minimum for a business regardless of the type of business...
