I've reviewed this place more than once and it seems to get better then get worse. My most recent experience really set the low point for our local Papa John's. On Thursday, July 3rd, I placed an order around 5PM for carryout. My order was pretty simple and the projected pickup time was about average. I noticed when we pulled up another customer leaving angrily. I had my wife go in and check on our order, when she did the skinny blonde dude she spoke with was very rude and ended up telling her it'd be another 20 minutes. No sooner than she came to the car, I received a notification that my order had been canceled. We did not cancel it. Seriously, this restaurant isn't worth a solitary dime you'd spend there. After waiting 20 minutes, I believe that the manager showed up, and she ended up being the person to make my pizza. During my patience to wait for my order, other customers would come in to the store to pay and pick up their orders. The woman, (manager), would great the customers, handle their bills and change, give them their food and continue to pull pizza doe with bare hands, without even the thought of washing her hands before touching food products!!!! I should have told her to refund my money and keep your... I believe that I'll contact the Hannibal Health Department and inform them on this business practice! Never buy...
Read moreOrdered pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. The delivery driver was very nice. When we opened the pull aparts some of it was missing. After I called the store and talked to the manager on duty she was willing to send a new one out to us, which I declined because I didn't want to make the nice driver do that, she started off with a defensive statement of explanation instead of a proper customer oriented response. The only sorry I got was almost an after thought as she hung up. I asked for a refund but she stated that the "system would not allow them to do that.". After 16 years in customer service it's just tragic to see how bad the art of providing customer...
