The Weatherdeck Restaurant — Restaurant in Harwich

So I may be picking here so make up your own mind. We ordered a burger and a sundae. My gf got the burger and I got the sundae. I asked that they both be served at the same time. The girl at the checkout was confused. I explained that the sundae was my meal and that I'd like for it to come out with my gf burger. Well , the sundae came out 45 seconds after we sat. I explained again that id like it together so we could eat together. She had no clue what I meant. I just took it. Then my gf burger and out so charred I never saw anything like it. She sent it back and was given a new one. The whole time they were looking at us speaking Russian. So dissatisfied with the lack of training or just plain decency. We were the only 2 in the place so I do not see my request as ubsurd. Personally, there are so many better places to eat but we were there playing mini golf. Also a side note, we live there and are not tourists. Not just an angry post but a real insight...

Just came in with my family excited to try their food after reading the reviews online. Unfortunately, due to horrible customer service we could not try their food. The short brown-haired woman wearing glasses who was at the counter was snotty, impatient, and extremely rude. When we had asked what their most popular dishes were, she responded with "what do you want?" We then asked for their portion sizes, she was impatient in explaining and left in the middle of our order. There were about three other customers in the establishment, excluding ourselves. We were the only customers ordering at the time. We would've loved to try their food, but were disappointed with the lack of common...

Solid but not stellar seafood at a fair price. 10 of us went here after a softball tournament. This is a no frills, order at the counter place, where they deliver the food to your table when it's ready. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Tables were clean if basic. The food (we got mostly fried seafood) was good but not exceptional, slightly oily but not overbearing. They have half a dozen brands of beer, and soft drinks are bottomless. Sadly, no Sam Adams...

I would eat here again with the guys, but it's definitely not date...
