Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hawthorne

This store should be investigated by the health department. I ordered 2 small French vanilla ice coffee with almond milk via mobile order. When I picked up both my ice coffee, it smelled rancid and like human flesh. At first, I thought it was just outside but when I sat in my car, the smell infiltrated my car atmosphere. My brother smelled the coffee and said it smells off. He said it smells like mold and someone is dying. I went back to the store and told the ladies the coffee stinks. They didn't understand me. I said I want a refund and to smell the coffee and that it stunk. They looked confused. Supervisor yelled at them and they changed the premade coffee batch. They remade my coffee. My coffee still stinks. Not as bad as before but has a mold smell. I'm out $10 which is a lot in this economy. No coffee because I threw it out. I can't get a refund because apparently English not a requirement in this...

To sum up every visit: quantity overrides quality.

The coffee is often very light, as if it didn't brew slowly enough or lacks the correct amount of grinds. If you ask for light/light and sweet, your coffee will look as white as milk, however this isn't due to too much cream, but the coffee (as mentioned above) is very light.

At times flavored coffee hardly has the taste and other times, so much that it gives the drink a bitter bite and strong perfume-like smell.

Wraps and sandwiches are made way too quickly, with many visits missing parts like bacon or cheese, or not properly placed into the wrap/bagel/muffin.

Overall this location isn't as good as it can be and you'll leave with "an ok" experience. If you continue up to 1063 goffle road, the DD there...

Had such a terrible experience. As soon as I walked in the lady in the front greeted me with an attitude asking me what I wanted , I told her I was on line to order. I asked her if they had oatmeal because I know most Dunkin’ Donuts sell oatmeal and she didn’t know what oatmeal was and then she told me no they didn’t have it so I said okay . I ordered a bagel with cream cheese , munchkins, orange juice and water. The entire time she took my order she had the worst attitude and a stank face. When I got my bagel it wasn’t even cut in half like in most places. Very disappointed and makes me feel terrible as a customer. I’m pregnant and usually stop to get food in the morning before work, it’s safe to say I will never come back to...
