New York Pizza — Restaurant in Hayward

Thin slices the way I like it. Vegetables always fresh. No fault of anyone but the pizza is made in the back of a liquor store - nowhere to sit and wait/eat. No big deal. Until another customer comes and orders. Then, one of you has to stand in front of the magazine rack I guess made up of these poor women with nary an article of clothing. Young (barely legal) and older into wildlife (cougars). ONLY to be polite, I'll sacrifice my comfort of being FORCED to stand in front of the slightly more cramped space. Since I'm there anyway... I hear the articles are interesting. I started to read one where I learned one could get taller ("add a few inches") Good thing I'm comfortable with my height. But, time seems to fly by, and never able to finish (reminds me of another article. Not being able to finish. Its either a time management issue or it's about being neighbors with Sweden. I think). Need to read up more about lonely women nearby barely making ends meet not able to afford much clothing. Being a nice guy... (ok. I'll stop). Reminds me. I guess I could eat pizza again for the 7th day in a row... I always seem to go at the bustiest, I meant "busiest" time. For some...

Found this on places to eat on my phone. Its actually inside the liquor store/no gas,gas station type store way in the back. When we pulled up had a second of do we really wanna order..but we did& even tho we had to wait quite awhile, it was almost. Worth it. The pizza crust was one of the best ive had(its my fav part) the garlic cheesy bread looks like a pizza& tastes similar to papa murphys chicken garlic minus the toppings. & like I said it was quite a long long wait. granted we didn't didn't get there from our hotel till almost 10:20pm. They close@11 supposedly but we almost weren't able 2 pay@10:40 with our card cause they closed/turned the credit card thingy& we had no cash. But overall it was better then round-table(who due to a nasty issue I will never eat again,but has okay pizza) it was still piping hot 15min after driving back to our hotel. I would recommended it to anyone who wants pizza in the area.just be aware it is INSIDE the liquor store.(they have a lite sign above a blacked out door in the far corner when you pull into parking lot,That IS NOT THE ENTRACE. Just ate here last night for the 30th time! We never stay there to wait for our pizza, this time we did! The man making the pizza didn’t have gloves on! He made a lot of huge pizzas without gloves, touching all the meats with bare hands! Super cross contamination! I loved this place but after seeing that for myself, I will never eat there again!!! 🤮🤢🤮Also the woman running the register was very rude, you could tell she instantly didn’t like us! I would never treat anyone like that ma’am! Your attitude towards us was very rude! If we didn’t like waiting we should order ahead next time! We never even said anything about the wait!
