First, it was just a random day, and I was feeling adventurous. I had no idea I was going to meet someone who was not only a kind human being, but also a talented chef! Timmy is one of those people who you can just connect with. I shared I'm a foodie and although I don't go out to eat as often as I once did, I still appreciate all the cuisines. Timmys food is exceptional especially if you desire the flavors of the Carribean and some spice. His jerk chicken is juicy and full of herbs and spices. The creamy pasta is to die for!
