Port of Subs — Restaurant in Henderson

I got a lettuce wrap and the girl wanted me to pay first which I have no problem With. However, after I paid both workers disappeared into the back for about two minutes, not a single word was sent us to where they went. Then they come back out front and apologize for the wait I ordered a veggie sub on a lettuce wrap, and I asked them to wipe it down, which I thought happened on its own, but not much of a problem I don’t mind asking The girl that was cutting the cheese and topping the wrap seemed like she was high or out of it somehow. And seemed irritated that I was even bothering to order something. She’s topping the sandwich fine not saying much whatever but as she’s topping it, she’s reaching over the sandwich and her chest is quite close to touching the food in her armpits were directly over the food, a couple of times. Basically, as opposed to scooting to the side so that she could easily just reach in front of her, she was reaching her entire body over the food to grab toppings. I’ve gotten lettuce wraps a couple of places and it’s never been an issue, but I understand if someone needs training if it’s not a normal item this girl when she wrapped my sandwich literally had half the toppings outside of the lettuce and her “” trainer didn’t mention anything When I asked if she was in training, she didn’t respond to that question but said no it’s just not a common item and I voiced my concerns but definitely not planning to go back. Food at Port of Subs is my favoorrrite I must mention. But, at this particular location, the managar, Brenda Latiolait, is not a nice person. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but when I came to pick up my order I passed my rewards card over so they could check / add to the balance. The employee had to rerun my card evidently because I didn't mention beforehand I wanted to use the points. The employee called Brenda out to help who rudely stormed over like she was already posses at the employee and angrily started swiping my card and manruving about the machine. She would pass me the card back and then demand I return it to be swiped again immediately after. The transaction ended on a very rude note and Brenda being the manager offered no apology. I will be avoiding this location from now on, just so I don't have to cringe as Brenda attempts to interact with her employees, equipment, or the general public. I see reviews saying this place knows how to make a sandwich..I can tell you that they DO NOT. My husband & I got 2 foot long sandwiches with cold cuts, cheese, mayo, mustard and avocado inside. Then we drove 20minutes to the lake. Then we unwrapped our sandwiches and took a bite. Both of us looked at each other and grimaced. The employee had put the avocado (more like a watery guacamole scoop not an avocado slice) next to the bread, making it a soggy gooey mess. The bread was so slimy that we both threw our sandwiches out after 3 or 4 bites. PortOSubs should figure out a place to put the guacamole scoop (I mean avocado) so it’s not next to the bread.
