Updating my review. Since the pandemic, they have changed their operating approach. They do not have a space for online orders- they have filled it in with a makeshift wall.
That wouldn't be quite as big of an issue if they actually communicated with you when you enter. The last four times I have gone in here I have not been greeted for at least 5 minutes. I timed it a few days ago- 11 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I would have left but I had already paid on the app.
Today I has ordered a brewed coffee on the app- not acknowledged again- finally went to the register. 3 workers acted like I wasn't there. Completely ignored me. Finally the person doing online orders grudgingly said she would come over when she finished what she was doing.
I told her I had an online order- this bothered her too. She said "she hadn't seen it and to wait."
(If they actually hadn't filled in the place where normal Starbucks have an online order pickup spot, this could be an easy fix.)
I did get my brewed coffee - literally just pouring coffee in a cup- after being inside for 15 minutes.
Now I understand this is a busy store. Unfortunately friendliness has disappeared. This starts with management. Uses to be one of my favorite Starbucks in the area - now there is an unwelcomed feeling when you come in.

Read moreI am a frequent customer and have inquired several times about getting the right temp on my drink. This store has failed all but 2 times of the 15+ times I have been there in the last couple months. When I politely asked what the kids temp is there were 4 employees near the window and a gal from the back quickly responded and was very admin it is 130 degrees since this conversation I order my drink at 120 every time and have gotten the drink correct 2 of 15 or more times. I request a low temp specifically at 120 degrees so i can drink it quickly while on my break at work. Today was my final chance of hoping my drink would be right before saying something. Sure enough 1st drink I take burns my mouth. I live 5 mins from this location and once i got home I tempted my drink which was ordered at 9:38AM and by time I found thermometer and tempted my drink at 9:48 It was at 130 degrees. The inconsistencies of this location has been beyond frustrating. When speaking with someone about the temp it was abprut, rude and she was confident I was getting what I was asking for. Read moreI'm not sure what the deal is with this location and their lack of consistency. Here it is, Monday, 7:30, no one is inside or drive thru. I went through the drive thru and ordered: grande chai tea, 1% milk, no water and added vanilla. I was asked "do you want full shots of chai and vanilla"? I stated "yes, full". I watched the woman pump 4 pumps of vanilla, should gave been 6 pumps and then she added water. Ok, I just told you how I wanted my tea and it's written on my cup. Unfortunately, this location continually prepares my drinks and food orders incorrectly. When I'm spending $5 for a cup of tea, I kinda expect it to come to me correctly. Last week, I ordered a double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich. When I got home, opened up my sandwich, it was burnt and had ham instead of bacon.
