Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Holladay

Usually don’t post reviews unless I feel like I need to. The smoothie that I got was undrinkable. Not because it tasted bad, but because it wasn’t blended well and there were ice chunks throughout the entire thing. The little that I could get through the straw I had to chew the chunks of ice. I struggled through about half of the smoothie before I just gave up and threw it away, which is hard when you’re paying $9 for a smoothie. Where to start...the drive through employee was pretty short with us not having been here before. Took a chance on quesadilla, again salad, and tacos. All were worse than expected. Could have done better with store bought tortilla, kraft cheddar cheese, and chilua and would have saved a ton of money. Pretty expensive. Ordered corn side dishes which came in convex bottom bowls meant to look like full bowl of corn but only serving half the food. Literally a con for customers. Pretty offended as consumer. Will NOT go here again and have told all our neighbors in area...

All in all a really great experience! My mom and I are from Michigan and this TSC was in the same complex as our hotel and we stopped for dinner on our first night. Lots of healthy and tasty options. I got the thai chicken wrap and a sunrise sunset smoothie and it’s so, so good. Whatever sauce they put on it is magical. The customer service was easily a 10/10 and the staff was so kind.
