I basically like to come here to get a quick bite. Once I entered, I was warmly greeted by a male employee who took my order of the 6" meatball marinara. To the sandwich, I only added slices of provolone cheese, and a dash of oregano and parmesan cheese. Honestly, the sub did not look as delectable as advertised, but it was delicious. The bread was soft and the meatballs was nice & hot in a flavorful marinara sauce which melted the cheese perfectly. I only wish I got the footlong...
Read moreOn Tuesday 1/30/24 @1:45 exactly. I went to buy a sandwich on my lunch break. I asked the person for a cold cut sub on Italian bread with mayo on the bread. She did not wash her hands and proceeded to put on gloves(strike 1) Then with the gloves on opened the bread heater door and then reached for a container with meat in it. With these same gloves proceeded to cut and open the bread for a six inch sub(strike 2) Then reached for the mayo and to put on the sandwich which need to be refilled so with glove on proceeded to refill the container and then continue to try to make my sandwich. I asked her can she please change her gloves and get another 6in bread she looked confused and then took some meat off the sandwich(strike 3) I couldn't take it and told her I'm so sorry to bother her and no thank you for that contaminated sandwich. SUBWAY!!! You have to train and explain proper food handling. I know your employees maybe young or this is there first job but this is a issue that should be looked into ASAP. And please explain don't have a attitude toward the customer that did report this to the Health Department or channel 10...
Read moreI ordered here on Uber eats, and, upon receiving my sub, I noticed there wasn’t any meatballs in my “meatball marinara.” My sub, instead, consisted of lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. I went to the location in hopes to get this issue fixed. The “manager,” shamear, was extremely rude in demeanor. He said he did not have any meatballs but was unwilling to find any solution to the situation, and, even though the store was empty, he did not want to add a different meat to my sub or make a new one. The only thing this man is managing is his ego. I hope the owner of this establishment fixes this issue because I will not be back to this location. I will advise others to do the same. While I am only one person, with someone like that working there, it is inevitable that there will be others who have experiences like me and share my...
