I’m confused. My wife and I love PF Changs but this food was a disaster. I was a line cook for Pei Wei, the corporate little sister of PF Changs, so I know the food. It’s the same company, not a franchise. My wife ordered the pad Thai noodles, an excellent choice. She started complaining about the noodles right away. We got into an argument about the noodles because I told her she was being too picky. Look, I get it, she’s a chef, works at restaurants and owns her own food truck, but I was a line cook for THIS company. How bad can it be? I got “the look”. Ok give me the noodles. I took a good bite. No flavor. Noodles were cooked but were very starchy. Ya know, you make spaghetti at home, boil the pasta, then wash under cold water to remove the starch (gritty feel on your tongue). I almost spit out the noodles a la chef Ramsey. What the heck? Here’s the funny part. My wife asked for Peanut sauce for her egg rolls. They said they don’t have peanut sauce but brought out pad Thai sauce instead. She ended up pouring the pad Thai sauce on her pad Thai noodles to give it some flavor. Then got annoyed all over again. What? No peanut sauce? You’re mad about that? And she explained how ridiculously easy it is to make peanut sauce. I told her “bro, they’re not chefs, they’re cooks like me. I don’t know how to make peanut sauce.” Well my food, teriyaki beef, was just as bland. Check please. What a disappointment. We didn’t eat anything.

This was my first time at the restaurant, my other two friend have been, but at the location in sugarland. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately I didn’t. The food was mid. The Singapore noodles need to be taken off the menu. The short ribs were very good well seasoned and tender. The gf friend rice was my favorite. The shrimp was also good, but I believe there was a side missing so it felt incomplete. The other noodles were also great, I could have done without the peanuts tho. Now let’s talk about our server. I’m not going to put his name out, I will simply say, when you’re tending to 2 tables next to each other it’s best you give them the same services. The food was taking too long, and my friend had to pick up her children from school. Maybe it was at that point he got annoyed with us. When I asked for to go boxes he simply placed it on our table and walked off. The other table beside us received their food before us, even though we arrived before them, and they had more people than us. we were 3 they were 5. when they asked for to go boxes. The server played their food and put them in a bag for them. we had to ask to even get bags. He also kept walking off to tend to them, while neglecting us. Do better please.

I had lunch today for the first time at this PF Chang’s location. My previous visits here were always at dinner time. I had heard that the lunch special was a pretty good deal and that proved to be true. The ambience was perfect…calm but lively with the music playing overhead. My server was Logan Ludwick,a pleasant young man who despite his obvious youth was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu items. He offered suggestions based upon what I was in the mood for. I appreciate when servers are pro active about helping me to decide especially when I am new to the establishment. I got the Mongolian beef with fried rice at his suggestion (with added mushrooms and cucumbers also per his suggestion) and the pork egg roll. Everything was perfectly done. He also suggested a strawberry lime and cucumber refresher which was surprisingly refreshing! I could taste all 3 ingredients. I would recommend this place for lunch to anyone wanting a relaxing and tasty lunch that won’t break the bank. And ask for Logan if you want great service to go along with the meal!

This was my first time visiting PF Changs in Houston. I moved here from Ohio 5 years ago but there are none in Katy so I drove about 40 mins to this location which was the closest to me. My son, daughter, and I were really looking forward to it. Upon arrival everything seemed fine. They were running a special Chefs Feast 3 course meal my daughter and I were going to try. It included an appetizer, 2 Entrees, and a salad each. The appetizer included pork dumplings but we do not eat pork. I noticed the shrimp option was the same price as pork so I asked the waitress if she could sub out the pork even for an up charge. If not I was going to buy them separate and get another option. This was where things went left. The waitresses went to get the manager who came over and made a BIG stink out of shrimp dumplings not being part of the Chef Feast. Saying “I will do it this time but I won’t be able to do it next time because we have to ring it in like this and that and blah blah blah…” Geezzzz it was quite embarrassing to say the least seriously dude this is my first time here in probably 7 years and I drove 40 mins to debate over a dumpling! No worries there won’t be a next time! This was so unnecessary! I’ve never experienced such pettiness plus the restaurant barely had any patrons. I would never tell a customer “this time we will allow it”. Like you’re doing me a favor when I could have easily added it. They’re were both $13.49 the pro and shrimp but not everyone eats pork! Honestly, based off this visit I will never go back to any PF Changs I’m very disappointed with this service. Maybe the location in Columbus, Ohio that’s I’ve patronized many years but here no! It was so unprofessional and unacceptable. “People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you...

I went here 30 minutes ago to pick up my wife’s call in order and guy who brought it out to my vehicle literally spilled the whole entire cup of coke all over me and the door panel of my vehicle(luckily I was in my older SUV because if I had been in our new SUV I would have really been EXTRA ticked off)!

Regardless though of whatever vehicle I was in, this was RIDICULOUS!

And I get that everyone makes mistakes but after guy who spilled drink on me/my vehicle did it, he said, “don’t worry, I’ll get you another drink.” (That was his only concern!)

Then, his manager came out and offered to get me some wet paper towels if I needed them! All he offered!

THEY COULDN’T EVEN OFFER A GIFT CERTIFICATE, A FREE DESERT, OR ANYTHING ELSE TO MAKE UP FOR THIS RIDICULOUS ACCIDENT!

Luckily I was wearing shorts and again in and older vehicle that I’m not freaking out about but I would like to see them do what was done to me to a guy in a brand new vehicle and wearing a new suit(and what he would want for this SCREW UP)!

ZERO CLASS!!!

After I got home even my carpet was soaked and lid to cup was even laying on my floor board?

GREAT MANAGEMENT!!! NOT!!!!!!!

My wife LOVES PF CHANG but if I have it my way we’ll never go back there, not this location...
