I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience at this Starbucks location, easily the worst service, food, and overall visit Iâve ever encountered. I went through the drive-thru just minutes ago and ordered a warmed banana nut bread along with a tall hot chai tea latte with no whipped cream. I repeated the order twice to confirm with the employee taking it, but the mistakes started as soon as we reached the pickup window. The employee who handled our order completely ignored our instructions. Instead of a tall chai tea latte, we received a grande size. When we politely pointed out the mistake, he dismissed us outright, even with us right in front of him. After repeating ourselves, he still didnât respond. To make matters worse, when we asked for a stopper for the hot drink, he offered a strawâtwice!âwhich makes no sense for a hot beverage and highlights his carelessness. The banana nut bread was the final letdown. It wasnât warmed as requested, and when we mentioned this, the employee didnât even acknowledge usâhe just ignored our concerns. As shown in the photo, the bread had nuts only on one side, with the other side completely bare. If Starbucks has changed the recipe to include fewer nuts, they should rethink the name âbanana nut bread.â I didnât get the employeeâs name, but his performance was unacceptable. For the $10 I paid, the subpar food quality and terrible service are utterly unjustifiable. I cannot recommend this...

Upon arriving at the window to pay the girl at window she did not repeat the order or tell us how much the total was. I believe she was new and could tell she was not really sure as to what she was doing. However the other starbucks workers did not seem too worried about her and were mostly on their phones. I proceeded in giving her a Starbucks gift card and credit card. Assuming she was going to use the Starbucks gift card, I then noticed on the receipt she charged my card for the total amount. We ordered two drinks and one of them wasnt even made correctly. When I went inside to tell the lady that it was wrong she simply looked at it and looked at me as if i did not know what i was talking about. I ordered a Java Chip Frappe and it tasted and looked more like a Vanilla Bean Frappe. Overall my time and money spent at this location was not worth the drive or drink. I know now to just go to a different location instead...
   Read moreExactly what I needed and they're one of the only Starbucks that close at 9 vs 8. Time got away from me, so I missed my chance with the Starbucks right next to me. And what a happy coincidence, because everyone was still cheerful and my drink was still delicious even 30 minutes before close (and I played the risk of ordering cold brew on the app when that stuff can't just be brewed up real fast if they're out at 8:30pm. I had a back up drink ready and everything.
But I didn't need it and the baristas were all very nice and even made casual comments about the weather and stuff so it felt less like a 2 second, canned transaction. "Online order? Here's that. Have a good day. Next car!"
Might end up being a bother more often, since I usually get my evening caffeine cravings around 7pm anyway and the venti coffee they made me was good enough to last all night and even into the morning (where usually their coffee has a time limit on when it's good or it is never...
