A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Howard Lake

Ok so I am dropping off my friend and I plan on grabbing some ANW on the way home. It is probably about 845 when I get to his place to drop him off and we chat for about two or three minutes and then make my way over to A&W and when I get there it is 853. I get out of my car to walk over to the restaurant. One of the managers that I have negative prior experiences with goes over to the sign and presses a button that turns it from open to closed. This is very frustrating due to the fact that I am aware the store is meant to close at 9 o’clock. Also, I noticed as she was about to turn it off it was almost as if she saw me pulling up and rushed over to turn the sign off before I could go inside. 1st visit no carbonation for pop, got our food 30 seconds later a kid (staff) took burger off our try with no warning and put a different one on it and sorry wrong burger. Fries extremely salty. We did get a coupon for a free float. 2nd visit forgot to take off coupons for floats, fries still extremely salty, table was dirty even with several kids working and no other customers we had to request a towel to wash table. And we herd staff drop the F word twice. Not ok. We had little kids with us. Our floats only had about a 1/2 cup icecream . Hope things...

Went in today for the first time- food was fast (enough - wait was like 12/15 minutes not unacceptable for a new restaurant working out the kinks ) and hot when we got it. The kid behind the counter was nice and the delivery dude to our table was friendly. While we were eating someone came in upset and frazzled because something happened during the drive through - the manager handled it gracefully and the community stepped in to back her up. Over all- a great experience even through the hiccup of negativity. Love the new little addition to...
