FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in Idaho

This is my 2nd time at Fiiz and despite giving it a second chance my experience was still disappointing if i could give zero stars I would. I went with a group of friends to show off this cool new place and I'm embarrassed for talking this place up. We went to the drive through at 8:30 and waited for about 5 minutes with no service, the drive through was open and the open sign was lit up. We decided to walk in, figuring they were busy and couldnt get to the window. We walked in and an older group of people were in front of us. They walked in about the same time as us and there was no one else in the shop. There was a ginger girl and a girl with braid behind the counter and to say they were rude is an understatement. We werent greeted when we walked up to the counter and we were just stared at by the girl with the braid who said nothing and looked at us like we were the biggest inconvience of her day. When trying to ask questions and decide what we wanted to drink the girl with the braid rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter as we started to order. When the braid girl came back to actually take our order the ginger girl stood in the back with arms crossed not starting to do anything. We ordered cool beads with our drinks, so we paid and went to wait by the table closest to the counter. After a couple minutes the braid girl came and literally slammed the containers of cool beads on the table and walked away still saying nothing. Eventually we got our drinks and stayed at the table for a moment, at this time it was about 8:40. As we got ready to leave my friend picked up her drink and the lid wasn't attached properly so it exploded everywhere. We felt bad for the accident so we started to clean it up, not wanting to leave a mess for the workers. We used napkins to start cleaning up and nothing was offered to us to help clean up. We asked for a trash can because there wasn't one provided in the lobby area and the girl with the braid let out a big sigh and walked into the back of the shop and came back with a trash can before dropping it at our feet and walking away. We couldn't believe how terrible the service was. We soon left and went out towards the car not getting far before we realized that we left the keys inside. We ran in to grab them and as soon as we opened the door we heard them talking trash about us. A friend said we forgot the keys and the ginger laughed and scoffed. I wouldve added names but neither of the girls had a name tag. Needless to say I wont be returning and i wont be referring anyone to here. Its disappointing because the drinks are incredible and you can't beat the prices but the service was awful. I dont want to feel like a burden and an inconvenience walking into a shop that has 30 minutes left...

I went to Fizz Drinks about 5 Years ago, when I first moved to Boise. I sat down Inside, and a Server Took my Drink Order. I had a Great Time! It appears that Fizz is Drive-thru only now. I have been going there sometimes when I go to Boise Towne Square Indoor Shopping Mall 🏬🛍️🛒 to walk in a Climate- Controlled Air Conditioned environment, which is nice when it's cold ❄️, really 🔥, or raining 🌧️☔ out. I was recently disappointed by Fizz drinks, but I gave them a second 🥈 and third 🥉 chance. I've been pleased with my Coke Zero's with Vanilla I have been getting there lately. Fizz Drinks is a nice 👍🙂😎 alternative for me since I stopped drinking 🚰 coffee ☕ and don't go to Starbucks anymore. Your Once- Again lonely Google...
