Not impressed.. I eat out once or twice a day because I work construction. I try to frequent Idaho based locally owned companies like BFC or Tree City, etc I had a full punch card so I was stoked to go in and get my free drink but I was told they would only do a 24 oz drink, even though all my punches were from buying the 32oz, and I leave a tip so it cost $10. Added up that's a $100 worth of smoothies, It doesn't say anywhere on the card what size the free drink is. ( EDIT It does, on the back, in fine print) The price difference from 24 oz to 32 oz is $1, 8oz bigger, 1 cup. So she made my 24 oz drink and there was enough leftover that they threw away to fill the 32 remember that's only one cup so they're willing to shyst a customer who's loyal to them for $1 profit or 1 cup worth of smoothie that they threw away. I won't be back, I'll take my buusiness somewhere it's appreciated. NOTHING IS ORGANIC anyway, your pesticide covered fruit...

As she was pouring the drink it didn't fill up the 32 oz cup all the way so she poured it back into the blender container and walked over to the sink and added water before she poured it back into my cup. I asked if they usually add water and she said yes, especially if it's the large because it uses a lot of product. I feel like if they add water they should probably add that to the ingredients on the menu. Usually when you order a fresh juice somewhere you don't expect them to water it down. It tasted pretty watery as well. I appreciate that it's a local business but I'm probably not going to pay 10 or 12 bucks for a watered down...

Our smoothies turned out good but when the cashier was telling me the total (while wearing a mask, with a plastic shield blocking the register, and blenders going) I couldn’t hear her and asked to to repeat herself multiple times. Then a snappy red head girl told me the total with a lot of attitude. We were handed our drinks but they didn’t even tell us which drink was what flavor. If I go back it will definitely be to a different location. I hope a manager sees this and does some customer service training.
