I went to this Arby's on my lunch break and ordered my usual chicken tenders meal. I love going here because I can always count on fresh and hot chicken tenders. However, on this particular day my experience wasn't as pleasant. I paid for my meal at the window and the employee told me to pull around to the front of the business because I had a few minutes left on my chicken tenders before they were finished. He only handed me my receipt and drink. When I pulled around to front of the business he brought me out my meal (didn't wait too long) and I pulled off. After returning to my office I realized this guy didn't give me my change. I called the business and spoke to a manager and explained to him what happened, he took down my name and number and said he would bring me my change to my place of employment. Well, he never showed up. After I got home from work I called back to Arby's, but the manager on duty was in the restroom and I left my name and number once again, but never got a call back. The next day I called and actually got a chance to speak with the GM and he turned this whole thing around. I explained to him what happened and he told me he would bring me my change within the next 15 minutes to my place of employment and offered me a free meal of my choice. I'm proud to say he kept his word! He brought me my change and my meal and also gave me a coupon for a free combo for my next visit! Read moreWe certainly love Arby’s but don’t have an opportunity to eat there often so today we saw that they had a Hawaiian fish sandwich for sale so we loaded up in the car all 4 of us because we all thought that they looks so good and sounded so delicious we get there place order they take our money and then they tell us first they don’t have any tartar sauce which was discouraging because we like tarter sauce on our fish, well that’s not the worst part after waiting about five minutes they come back and tell us well guess what we don’t have any fish either and gave us our money back they didn’t offer any suggestive selling for any additional items and you better believe me when I tell you that they didn’t even offer us a discount for our inconvenience or a coupon if we decided to come back at a later date when they did have the fish available. I can tell you one thing I will never come back to this Arby’s the manager was dry she didn’t Care if we ever came back obviously!!! I called for an hour when I returned home for an hour finally answered said she would call me back in 10 min that was at 6:30 p.m. it’s now 10:00 p.m. NEVER...

So I waited for a good minute then drove up to the window. There was three cars in front of me . When I finally got to the window the guy asked me what I ordered I told him a milkshake. He told me that the milkshake is not working. I asked for a manager name and the corporate number. He didn't know the corporate number so he got his manager name and she came to the window. she said what's going on and I politely ask her can I have the manager name and the corporate number. She refused to give it to me and also she wanted me to tell her what she did wrong. I tried to tell her what she did wrong but she kept cutting me off and talking over me.
