I would avoid this location at all cost trust me it's not worth the headache or energy ....called spoke with manger Amanda before summiting this review to avoid this review however Amanda and I quote said " it's fine if your children don't Visit this location" after explaining both my children and my own experience on several occasions within the last 30 days .....theirs a note on the locked door that tel ls you the lobby hours however for some odd reason they never unlock the doors for customers assuming that all customers have cars and should be able to go threw drive thru well news flash BK everyone does not drive you know like teenagers or the gas station customers next door That may just wanna walk in instead of sitting in the line backed up to the stop light this location is convention for my kids to walk for a bite to eat but it's not safe at all my teenager tried walking through the drive thru(which I don't approve of) because he was confused by the locked door and note with hours of operation after rudely being told by a older woman he can't order through drive through and she can't open the doors because she doesn't have enough workers my child observed 4 crew members walking back home with chips and a slushy from the gas station. So I pulled up to the window and sat for about another 5 minutes before the workers finally even looked at me. 2 female employees had come from the back and ignored me again and I could hear one of the persons, who looked like a manager by the way she was dressed, yelling, swinging her arms around. The other person put on a coat and left. A guy came and told me I had to drive around to order that they couldnāt take orders at the window. Weird because I could hear her taking orders. She came to the window SCREAMING at me to leave the window and pull around. I was unable to speak, she kept SLAMMING the window numerous times DURING her tantrum. At one point , instead of talking an order that I know she could do, she literally left the building to yell to the cars behind me that I was why they couldnāt get their food since I wouldnāt move. There was no one in line when I pulled up. She kept yelling and slamming the window without any concern for me, a customer, because their āheadsetsā not working. Instead she just screamed. Then another male employee refused to give me her name saying he didnāt know it which was laughable and and an outright lie. She, the so-called manager was a shortish, plump, white woman, with a curly fashionable mullet hairdo. At that point I pulled out - she said if I wanted food I would have to pull around - as if I would trust any food from her after that. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and tried to order 2 six piece nuggets which was clearly written on the menu 4 piece chicken nugget and 6 piece nugget. Carlicia the lady who took our order said they didn't have 6 piece and only had 4 and 10 piece....stupid. I went ahead and said ok cause my fiance didn't want to make it a big deal. So we went ahead with our order, she said it'll be 6 mins for our spicy chicken and for us to pull to the front of the building which we did. When we got our food the nuggets had some white stuff on 1 of the 10 pieces took it back got another one and didn't check the spicy chicken sandwiches because what could've been wrong with them when we just waited 6 mins for them? That was the driest chicken sandwich I've ever had, the chicken was dried out to where it was dark meat instead of a white meat chicken breast like it's supposed to be... there was zero sort of condiment on it which maybe would've helped with the dryness of that piece of meat.
