KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

My experience at KFC has always been memorable today and in the past growing up as a young boy with 13 other siblings and I remember my mom giving three of us younger kids a turn to go to Jasper Indiana so she could go shopping for cheaper products because of the competition and stretching our very small budget and getting the most for her money and during our time in Jasper my mother would pay a certain bill or stop by my uncle clarences house and pick up some recipes or somekind of parts his wife Betty had for there yearly canning operation from the fresh vegetables that we grew in our garden and then my mom would say out loud WHO IS HUNGRY and we would all chime out in unison meeee!!!!! And just exactly like it was back then the front of the store and the counter was completely spotless and then the giant display case of fried Chicken and that unforgettable smell that only KFC could produce and just exactly like I remember I got a drumbstick and a wing and some mashed potatoes and a Pepsi but since I have gotten older I could Polish off half a bucket and sides by myself at one sit down and the people were so layed back just like the atmosphere in the whole restaurant and when the Cornel came out with the Xtra crispy chicken ( no one else in the entire United Nations could copy that recepie for years to come but I don't have a bad thought or memory or any kind of drama or disrespect or shoeing you out of the restaurant after you just spent a 50 Dollar bill and patroned there business time and time again because KFC always treated me like a part of the family and always made sure that I was totally satisfied therefore thanks for asking me my opinion and I hoped it helps so Merry Christmas to you and your family and your friends and...

I ordered food online and waited until the app reported the food was ready. I came into the store to find employees arguing and a lot of confusion. I saw my order on the screen so I decided to patiently wait. After about 10 minutes without someone coming to the register, a young man stepped up and asked if everyone could wait for him. After stopping the young man that was was walking around aimlessly and asking him for my order. He laughed nervously and said it would be right up. A young lady that was attempting to get some order in the chaos came to the front and asked me if I would like crispy chicken instead of original because the original was old. I agreed because by this time I was ready to go. About 5 minutes passed and the young man hands me a bag. Inside this bag is a box containing 4 old pieces of original chicken to bricks of a biscuit and my coleslaw. I attempted to call up to the store to give them a chance to fix my order but no one answered the phone. By far the worst Taco Bell and KFC location. Have gone countless times, and something always seems happen. Either they run out of sauce, they don't give me a spork when I order a mexican pizza, the wait is outrageous, the food is not put together well, or some combination of these things. My visit to the drive thru today was the final straw. I pulled up first in line, nobody behind me, and asked for a minute to look over the menu. The lady didn't give ten seconds before she started pushing me to order. Rude. Then after I ordered my cravings box they told me they didn't have any diablo sauce and that I needed to pull up and wait so they could make my chalupa. I pulled up with still no line behind me. Waited so long that 5 cars that eventually pulled up and got their orders before me. So I went inside, and they instantly gave me my food like they forgot about me. No sorry, no nothing.
