I come here a lot during the lunch time as the salad bar is great, so we decided to come for dinner. We came around 7:30pm and It was not rush hour, there was maybe 5 tables full. Our server was kind and friendly, but asked us to see the menu when taking our order, as if he didn't know the menu and had to see first-hand. He had (what I think) was a new waitress with him learning as she brought us our drinks 1 by 1. After the waiter took our order we never saw him again. One of our orders was wrong, but the manager quickly remedied the issue, afterwards it went down hill. We were there for 2 hours and only got 1 refill on our drinks and by the end of our night we sat for over 30 minutes done with our meal; waiting for anyone to even acknowledge we were done and see if we needed anything. It got to the point I had to call into the restaurant and ask for the manager to then stand up, lock eyes with him and ask for the check so we could leave. Even then I could watch him not even pay attention to the call and kept asking me to repeat myself. 20 minutes till closing I got a check with 50% off our meal for the inconvenience. There needs to be some serious retraining at this location and maybe tell the manager to use his inside voice as I'm sure he can be heard from anywhere. Update spoke with the new GM, she sounded like somthing was going to get resolved, but new manager same problem. She said she would send me something and 2 weeks later still nothing. Downgrade to 1 star.

So i went to ruby Tuesday #7671 yesterday and was completely and utterly disappointed with the situation. It seemed like every thing i wanted to order they were out of. Asiago steak and shrimp they didn't have the shrimp, 12oz rib eye steak after waiting 20 mins after ordering it i got told they didn't have any and got asked if i would settle for 8oz sirloin. Ordered chips and queso after eating them waitress said she would get more for me 5 mins later comes back and informs me that they are out of tortilla chips and if it's ok she would bring potato chips so said ok ... she brought those to the table and tasted burnt. Worst part of the whole thing is the waitress Ashley B went to refill my water reaching over my food while i was eating. Really disappointed in the customer service and honestly expected alot better from this restaurant doubt i'll be returning to this store after this experience

We went here for my mother's birthday. The server was very good. The food was embarrassing. We got the 6 ounce sirloins and pictures below is what the brought out. I am pretty sure they went and got the from the dollar tree. The app we ordered is not pictured but it was not good either. I specifically explained before ordering my son's ribs that there could be no spice and they stated it was fine bc they had a sweet BBQ sauce. My son's ribs came out and the had hot sauce rubbed on them and then the sweet BBQ put on top. He ate them bc he did not want to complain. I really thought we were being pranked when they brought the food out. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone.

It was very slow service even though it was not busy. One employee took us to our seats and got our drink order, and after bringing us our drinks, he took our food order. We thought things were going good. Then another employee came to our table to confirm our order. It was not correct. The changes we made were not on the order he read, i.e., no pickles. We thought we were doomed, but a few minutes later, our food came out and appeared ok. My husband had gotten the salad bar added to his entree but was less than thrilled. He said the mushrooms looked like they had been sitting out for several days. He worried how his mushroom Swiss smash burger would taste. Sadly, the mushrooms looked just like what was in the salad bar. He took a bite of the sandwich after removing some of the mushrooms. He made an awful face and said it was horrible. He said there was a bad tasting sauce on the sandwich. We waited for someone to check on us so he could let them know about it and get refills. No one ever came. He decided to go back to the salad bar and mentioned the food to the second employee who came to our table. It turns out he was our waiter. We had no idea because he never introduced himself as such. He had my husband talk to the woman at the bar about the food. She informed him that the ingredients for the food were listed on the menu, and if he didn't read it, that was his fault. She refused to have another one made for him or take it off our bill. Finally, the waiter came back to our table, and he asked if she took care of everything. My husband said no and complained about not getting refills. He offered to get refills then, but all we wanted was our check. When he brought us the check, my husband looked at it and said he wanted compensated. The waiter went to get the manager, who happened to be the same woman he had talked to. She asked what the problem was, and we explained everything again. She asked if he had eaten the sandwich, and he told her he had one bite. I mentioned that other places will either remake the food, offer a substitute, or take it off the check. She said she would discount the check. She took $7 off the check, so I guess it was better than nothing. The waiter seemed to blame everyone else for all the issues. We came in Ruby Tuesdays for Tuesday morning, I was greeted by Brittany, who actually ended up taking care of my wife and I the entire time. Working with food for years, I was surprised there wasn't a host on a busy day. She has a great attitude, my wife ordered a Ruby Relaxer off Brittany's suggestion of a sweet drink, and I just stuck to my regular diet coke. She had grabbed my wife a water and she mentioned she was also bar tending to give her one second and she'd be right back with the drink. This waitress had sat us, made our drinks, and was helping her other guest with such a great attitude. My wife and I simply ordered the Tuesday special both with salad bars. Sadly when we made our way to the salad bar, it was looking pretty thin. We mentioned this to Brittany as she was sitting other guest, and of course with a smile she happily went and took care of our problem. We soon later saw her writing a list of missing salad bar items, and came back with help a gentlemen we did not get his name they began filling the salad bar. Brittany took care of us, if I can say so myself. She sat us, waited on, made my wife's drink, and filled the salad bar to our delight. We've went to a few Ruby Tuesdays over the years, and my wife and I both felt glad we decided to stop in. At the end of our meal, Brittany mentioned that we could write a review and it'd be seen on Google. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work on a busy Tuesday morning. She deserves it, and if you see this Brittany. Thank you from my wife and I for giving us great service and being a hard worker. As someone who has been in food for over 15+ years, I know how hard it is to make every single guest happy, and you went above and beyond. We will definitely be back in...

Service was extremely slow and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered dessert as soon dinner was brought to the table since it took so long and was told the reason was the kitchen was backed up. Restaurant wasn’t busy but we were not the only ones frustrated with the wait as a family seated next to us didn’t get their appetizers and decided to have their dinners boxed up go when it appeared their orders were also wrong. My mom ordered tater tots and was given fries. We told our server right away and all she said was that she wrote down fries with no apology or offer to bring out tater tots. My BIL shared his tater tots with her since the server didn’t offer to correct it. Tea was cloudy and not fresh, smash burgers were singles when we asked whole ordering and was told they were doubles. Still not sure what they should have been since our server didn’t come back to check on us until we finished eating and then she said it was her mistake since she thought they were doubles but we’re in fact singles. Restaurant was extremely cold and we asked a few times if they could adjust the temperature. Others appeared cold too at other tables. We had to swap a few of our chairs at our table out with chairs at other tables as they were very wobbly and screw need to be tightened. Men’s restroom was not very clean. Server had a nonchalant attitude about everything and definitely wasn’t friendly. I tried to have empathy myself that maybe it had been a very bad day. The server didn’t offer take $9.99 off when she brought us the check since she acknowledged we waited a very long time. Very disappointing service overall and food...
