Poke Me — Restaurant in Irvine

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.

I was told by the person, the guy with glasses, claiming to be the manager that adding avocado would be an extra $1. However, I was later charged $2.79 per bowl - a huge difference that I calmly pointed out. Instead of addressing the issue or acknowledging the mistake, he became defensive and dismissive, acting as if I was causing a scene simply for asking for clarification.

To make matters worse, he refused to give me his name when I asked, clearly trying to avoid any accountability. His exact words were that I was "making everyone uncomfortable," just for asking about a pricing discrepancy. Not only was the situation poorly handled, but it was also deeply unprofessional and frankly insulting.

SAVE your time, money, and energy. There are plenty of other places that offer better food, better service, and far more respect to their customers. I will NEVER return, and I strongly advise others...

Unfortunately, I use to shop here, even when the young man working was extremely rude, didn't offer to help the 1 girl working as he was JUST WATCHING the girl take on 3 orders.... but the last time was too much. He was eating in the shop, no mask, and THEN the next day they refuse to serve those not wearing masks... they didnt ask me to wait outside, they said they refuse to serve me. but, that kid wasnt wearing one, what??? First off the fish is so fresh and delicious!!! The texture is outstanding and the taste is divine, I can’t recommend the salmon enough!!! For first time visitors that don’t know what to order I definitely recommend the poke burrito it’s so fresh and delightful with every bite sometimes I find myself ordering 2, but wishing I bought a 3rd or even a 4th! They also have baked options for those out there whom aren’t ready to make the leap into their raw menu! Poke Me is a must visit location everyone should experience at least once (a week) you will definitely not...
