Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Literally was on the verge of a break down. Going through a lot and I wanted a hearty, hot and filling meal that I didn’t have to cook. Pulled in the drive through here only kinda hungry because I hadn’t eaten all day but I was an emotional mess. The guy, Robert, was an absolute PLEASURE to talk to. He joked around encouraged me to eat and genuinely seemed happy to have me come by. The experience only continued at the window, sharing his college day crock pot recipes while I waited for my food and excitedly invited me back for more food next time I got hungry. Only planned on getting a sand which but walked away with snacks for days with sliders and mozzarella sticks just out of the sheer happiness of being fed by such wonderful people. 10/10...

Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but when going to the one in Jacksonville, NC it gave me a since of nostalgia. Before all the major fast food renovations over the past decade or so this Arby's reminded me of fast food restaurants in the 90's when I was coming up. It just made me think of simpler times and felt more welcoming than these newer remodeled restaurants. This one also had a baby changing station in the men's room and a button for wheel chair bound person to press to open the door. The staff were very good as well. We will be back when...

Got to the Arby’s in Jacksonville NC, 11:15 am they were not busy, ordered the brisket sandwich meal, staff was polite got my food quickly that’s where it ended. My sandwich the meat and cheese was half off the bun what passed as the onion straws were soggy and the sauce was blob in the middle of the sandwich, bun looked it had been steeped on not even hot just kinda warm. Fries under cooked. I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a few years for this reason, I thought I would give them another shot, Never agin. 2 stars the...
