If I could leave zero stars I would! This place needs to be shut down, cleaned and a whole new customer service team brought in! As a person working in the healthcare field for years, I know how important treating people with respect is. First, I pulled into the drive thru and sat for minutes with no response. Next, I drive around to the drive thru window and saw an employee just walk to the window stare at me and just took the next drive through customers order. Since she ignored me I drive to the front door, walked inside and it took her yelling 3 times for the cook to come take my order. The cook came to the front took off her gloves asked if I needed anything. Very unprofessional. I then asked for 12 Krystal burgers she told me it would be a max of 5-8 minutes. She had an unwelcoming and bothered attitude. No greeting. No smile. I sat inside being the only person in the restaurant and no one in the drive. After sitting for 26 minutes I finally walked back up to the front register and asked for a refund. The employee on the drive thru window apologized and said "she just laid down your burgers on the grill." After 26 MINUTES!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS! Nothing was said to me in that meantime of ne sitting and waiting. Nothing! I asked for a refund and that took another 3 minutes for her to walk up to the register. She didn't apologize. She was actually was on a personal phone call on her Bluetooth whole she was at the register giving me my money back. This place is disrespectful, disgusting and this is why this establishment isn't making the money it could. Horrible customer service. Not in uniform. Not professional. Stay far away from this place! I got a refund and drove to eat elsewhere and was pleased by the customer service. This place needs to just shut down. Read moreWorst. Service. Ever. I went inside the restaurant one Friday evening after driving for I-95 for several hours. I was tired, and couldn't wait to sit down and eat. There were other patrons inside eating, and other people behind me waiting to order. I was first greeted by a young lady that told me to please wait a few minutes because they were very busy. A few minutes later, a young man came to the register and said that if I want to order I need to go through the drive thru. I said, "Why? I'm inside, and have been waiting in here for several minutes, and now you tell me to go through the drive through? The dining area is open, and I want to eat inside". He chuckled and said, "I don't know what to tell you, but she said you need to go through the drive thru", while pointing to an older woman working in the assembly area. I couldn't help but notice that I was the only Caucasian in the restaurant - including both staff and patrons - and the people behind me weren't told to go through the drive thru, so I'm curious why I was told that if I wanted to be served I needed to go through the drive thru. Since I had been driving hundreds of miles and just wanted to sit inside and eat, I told the young man that I wasn't going through the drive through and asked to speak with the woman who directed me to go to the drive thru. I waited about 5 more minutes before the woman came over to speak with me and ultimately she took my order. Once I placed the order, I noticed I was also overcharged for French Fries, which were advertised on a screen attached to the cash register as $1 large Fries on Fridays... they rang up at $2.29 instead, but she wouldn't honor the advertised price. Read moreIf I could give a zero, I would. On a Sat morning around 7 am I ordered via DoorDash and would pick up my own order. Got to the place and they were closed. (This is a 24hr location that I live near.) I say ok, could be a fluke. So, I try again Sunday morning around 6:30 am. Called the place to make sure they were open. Someone picked up and confirmed they were open. Placed my order via DoorDash again and proceeded to head there. Got to the speaker and told them I was there to pickup a DoorDash order. The person said in a manner as if they had a bad attitude "We ain't got no DoorDash orders!" I picked up my phone to see if the order had been canceled, and it hadn't. I told the person the order was still in place. They repeated the same thing and then told me "And if you gon' check for the order you can't block up our drive thru. You'll have to pull in the parking lot!" Needless to say I was outdone. I was the only car in the drive thru. I pulled over to the side cancelled my DoorDash order. Drove around the building and didn't see anyone in there. I then got behind one truck that had drove up and I heard him place his order and drive around to the window. I drive back up to the speaker to place an order. I saw him get his order and leave while I was waiting for someone to answer the speaker. When they did answer, IMMEDIATELY the same person said "We are closed!" Then all of a sudden all of the lights turned off including the sign at the street!
