I would have given this place no stars if possible. I ordered a pizza from this place for the first time and when I went in to pick it up at the time they texted me to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. When I went into the establishment the lady behind the counter said it would be ready in 15 more minutes. At that time I said that is fine, so I went to my car and waited 20 mire minutes. I gave them five more minutes the they said. When I went back in after 20 mins, they said oh the pizza maker is just now starting on your pizza. I said, oh my husband is sick so I really need to get back home. If the guy was just now making my pizza that would’ve been be at least 20 more minutes and I said I just don’t have time to wait that long because of my husband being sick. also, I started looking around the place. It’s really filthy looking so I decided this is just not the place I was going to risk my health on .The lady working with the pizza maker said I would have to go on the Slice App to get a refund. I said I didn’t order it through slice. I ordered it on your website ? She said “I can’t do anything about that right now because you didn’t order through us”. I as perplexed because I did not order it through slice ? I never even created a password, so it must’ve picked up on my Google email address, which is shady and itself. The place was greasy and dirty and that is another reason why I decided it wasn’t worth waiting the extra 20 minutes and the staff was very rude and not appropriate. would NOT order here again. there's a lot going wrong. subpar pizza, bad breadsticks, only saving grace is the frozen cookies. hardly any sauce on the pizza, super greasy, and breadsticks have absolutely no flavor

simple order took 45+ minutes to finish, more if you count the wrong order.

order was wrong the first time. they also said they had no more garlic sauce. got home, completely wrong pizza and it had garlic sauce inside?

called to fix the order, they agreed to replace the pizza with the correct one. drove back to the store, gave us more garlic sauce even though they were supposedly out, and got the pizza wrong for the second time. it was close enough that we just accepted it and ate it, but even if it were the right pizza, it wouldn't have been very good.

will not be coming back here. I'd rather go to Little Caesar's or Domino's than a place like this. overall bad food and bad experience. solid cookies tho.

funny enough, pretty sure at least 2/3 the people were high while working, but that's not really an issue for me until it affects what...

We ordered two pizzas around 6:30 pm on Wednesday December 29,2021. Estimate delivery 7:02 pm. When the delivery time came about I decided to give another 20 minutes or so and call the store directly at 7:30 pm. I was informed it was I it’s way but I live appt6 minutes from the destination and would not accept this answer and inquired how she knew it was on its way. She responded with trust me sweetheart. Now I know your trying to be nice but I am not your sweetheart and do not being recognized as so. When I told the rep I was k no of her sweetheart, she referred me to her manager. I said yes I would Like to speak to him and he politely came for the line. After explaining my same situation he then said sweetheart to me again.
