I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Today was the worst! So me and my coworkers wanted to order lunch from Subway. So we ordered on the Subway app from the Subway on East High Street. So since it was a delivery order, it had to be delivered by a door dash driver. First of all, their app made our order look wrong, and then when the delivery guy came, we only had 1 sandwich 1 drink, and 1 bag of chips. Keep in mind, we all ordered combos so we all supposed to have that. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 3 chips okay. So we tried calling Subway and the number doesn't even work!! So one of my coworkers had to go down there and let them know about our ordeer. She came back and told us how nasty the lady treated her and that we couldn't get the rest of the food nor our money. But they did give us the other two sandwiches that were sitting in their shop that we ordered that were cold but refused to give us the rest of the order! So we all ended up going down there, which was a huge inconvenience during what was supposed to be a lunch break, so me and our other coworker went and the lady named Elizabeth was so nasty acting and obviously racist. She claimed we couldn't get. Refund nor would they give us the rest of our food cause it would be "stealing" like come on we are trying to steal 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks? Come on. Now. This issue could have easily been resolved. Oh will be handled though. She continued to belittle us and insult our intelligence and kept saying to contact door dash and that it was not their problem even though we ordered through the Subway app. But then she turned around and said That Subway won't receive the payment for two weeks after i showed them that subway, not door dash, took money from my card since it was ordered through the Subway app. Besides thay, the one sandwich we originally got was made incorrectly anyways! The woman also said "if you would have came in to get your orders made it would have been right" lady this was an inconvenience for our whole staff to have to leave our office to come down here. Read moreReally not a great experience. I ordered a sandwich and a churro, but when I got back to the office I found the churro was definitely past its expiration date; it was hard as a rock. I went back to tell them something was wrong with the churro and they should check the expiration date on the package they pulled it out of, but there was zero acknowledgement of the issue. No offer to refund it, replace it with a different item, or remake it with a fresh one, and no effort to check to make sure they weren't selling expired food. Not even an "I'm sorry it wasn't up to standard." They just shook their head and walked away. I wound up having to just throw it away.
