We ordered online, but did not receive an email confirmation that our order went through. After 40 min, I called to see if my order was received. The number I dialed was for the Woodinville store, but one guy was a complete jerk, just telling me he couldn’t help and didn’t even know the number for Kenmore. This happened twice that night. Then all of a sudden the under cooked pizza showed up. I didn’t get confirmation until 2 hours after ordering. Had to cook pizza for several minutes to finish cooking the dough. My partner and I came in for a midday pizza snack and were pleasantly surprised with this little gem. The atmosphere was nice, the food was tasty, and the service was excellent. The young man who took care of us, Patrick, was personal, attentive, and even took the time to let us know he was going on break so we knew who to ask if we needed anything. My first experience with this restaurant was my family bringing me a buffalo chicken calzone. I've, always been kinda negative about buffalo chicken, - so it was a surprise when it was one of the best things I've eaten this year. Their dough gets a very nice finish/crust, and the balance of flavors was amazing. Their other calzone are similarly masterful, and their selection of pizzas are great
