Four of us (two couples) went out for dinner on a Friday evening. We didn't have a wait for getting seated.

The chips and salsa showed up and the salsa was delicious! Very much different than other Mexican restaurants. They also had a salsa bar with four other choices, but the standard salsa to the table was delightful.

Two of us ordered "standard" dishes (Arroz con pollo and Carne Asada) and the other two ordered specials (Shrimp tacos and the 'Tomatillos' tacos).

The beans and rice were clearly made in the back, and were tasty. Nothing spectacular, but the beans seems homemade and with good texture. The carne asada was a little dry but VERY flavorful. I was worried because it looked off from every other carne asada I've had, but it was delicious.

All of the dishes seemed fresh, came out hot, and were above average for a sit-down Mexican restaurant.

If there was anything to point out for improvement, it was the corn tortillas and the ambiance. The tortillas were standard, white corn tortillas from the grocery store. Not bad, but nothing unique or extra delicious. They came out steamy, hot and were okay. The ambiance was muted but the room was loud and the chairs were uncomfortable. I was hoping to sit in a padded booth but we were led to seating area adjacent to the bar, without any choice. Trying to talk to friends over dinner was a challenge, but the food was worth it.

Some people complain about the prices, but they seemed about the same as everywhere else to get sit-down Mexican food. I thought it was a solid value, especially for freshly made food.

I will definitely be returning to try out some of the other...

This is the best tiny food in Kennewick. This is like a very good food cart but serving in a restaurant setting with restaurant prices. We had dinner there and the food has an above average flavor, but is in small helpings. They're seeking the niche market of trendy and that must mean child portions. You can order ala carte which I like, and they only charged me $3.75 for a well flavored enchilada, but it was small and even though I ordered it "wet" it came with just a small amount of sauce typical of inexpensive food carts. They serve only street tacos and I got one for $3.50. Also, the salsa they serve with the chips is exceptionally good.

My husband ordered the carnitas plate for $16.50 and got 4 small tortillas, a small bowl of rice and beans, and pico de gallo so he could make tacos. The meat included a big blob of inedible fatty pork which made up about 30% of the meat on his plate, which was bothersome, because for that price and the small helping sizes, I do expect everything on the plate to be edible. We both like crispy-on-the-outside carnitas and this carnitas was a bit tough so the hubby didn't like it much, but from my sample, I though it had a wonderful flavor.

In conclusion, wait staff were great, food was tasty, but portions are very small and prices can be high for what you get. I found myself eating chips AFTER my meal since there was so...

so last night 4/17/2018 my brother, nephew & of course myself had visited your establishment for the first time. we moved down the street and wanted to try it out. we ordered 24 tacos. 20 w/ EVERYTHING and 4 with cabbage and cilantro ONLY!!..i even emphasized how important it was to not have onions on the 4. now granted we were one of the last people who ordered but thats still no excuse!!..now im a waitress and have been in the food industry for 6 years and when someone comes in before closing time..we wait around and let them eat..this case the owners daughter (i asked who she was) told us we could order but had to take it to go...weird..because i think we are the reason you make a profit. it wasnt only us who she told..she also told the Asian guy in front of us..who was confused and as i could see a little surprised from the comment as well...anyways ALL 24 TACOS had EVERYTHING on them!!..and my nephew who is allergic to onions couldnt eat or get his order fixed ALL because you were too lazy to properly read the ticket and instead just make them all the same!!..and to think I was going to have him apply..maybe he should since he can read clearly & truly cares about customers needs and wants. good luck to you guys. But i will not return and be sure to continue to share my experience if your restaurant gets brought up any...

Very nicely decorated, looks fancier inside. They have a bar setup. Employees were friendly. Prices were pretty fair for the meal. We were given a plate of chips & roasted salsa to start with. My teens got the quesabirria, was hot, gooey with cheese & a consomme dipping sauce. They really liked it. I tried it & it was good. The qiesabirria was a little heavy on the cilantro. The quesabirria was quite a bit of food, could prob split this entree between 2 people. We ate quite a few chips before the food got there. Food is cooked fresh, because it took a while to get out to table. Which is a good thing. I got the pastor street tacos, 3 for 10...might get something else next time or ask for tortillas to be crisped/ fried or sauteed onions. The tacos lacked that wow factor. The meat was nicely crisped, had a great sear on the outside & was a caramel color, and still juicy. They had a salsa bar, but the salsa didnt add that extra bit of citrusy, flavor boost that you need in a salsa. It should complete your taco. The food was a little less salty than I am used to. Overall, fresh food, nice atmosphere & restaurant.

I came here with my kids and mom for dinner, as an “out of towner”. This was some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time, and will definitely be on my list of restaurants to return to. I had the steak fajitas, and even tho a couple pieces of steak were a little tough, they were so flavorful! The rice and beans were delicious, and the tortillas were soft and so tasty. My son had a cheese quesadilla, and it was delicious! My daughter and her friend split the enchiladas, and it was so nice to have 4 different fillings and sauces. 10/10 will definitely come back when I’m in town again!
