-Horrible customer service -No clean tables -Women's bathroom door does not lock -Food came out wrong
Upon arrival at the Kenosha Noodles & Company, we walked past an array of messy and unoccupied tables to the counter to give our order. The lady who took our order was not friendly by any means, there was no greeting besides "What can I get for you?". So I ordered the pesto cavatappi with extra pesto and extra cheese, and my friend ordered the spinach and fruit salad. After our order was placed, we had to sit at a dirty table because there were no clean ones, even though the restaurant was over half empty and there was no line at the counter.
As we were sitting there we looked around and there were literally other customers with children cleaning dishes off of tables so they would have a place to sit. We looked to see what the staff was doing and three of them were standing at the front socializing.
It took about ten minutes to receive our food. When a different girl than the one who took our order, brought our food out, she was also very unfriendly. When she handed me my plate and read off the order, I asked her if there was extra pesto to confirm and she said yes. Upon eating it, I realized that there was not; which I thought was a little ridiculous considering I had to pay for it. I then went up to the counter to ask a different lady, who was also unfriendly, for the extra pesto. She then brought the extra pesto out to me after five minutes. My friend did enjoy her salad thoroughly. While I was waiting for the pesto, my friend did go to the bathroom and mentioned that the lock on the bathroom knob was broken, so she could not lock it while in there.
In conclusion, I can say this is by far the worst service we have received anywhere. I felt like I was a bother going into the restaurant. The staff was extremely unfriendly and borderline rude, and the restaurant was a disaster. There is a good chance that I will never return to this...
Read moreI'm quite tired of this noodles and company. I used to work for a noodles and company myself quite a few years back, i understand the frustration of working food industry from their view point. However, the way mine and my roommates order was handled was NOT how it used to be when I worked for the company. We ordered our food from a grocery store since it was close to this restaurant amd when we had finished we just popped on over. We knew full well the food wouldn't have been finished in that time so we waited. After about 10 min of being there, our app said the food was ready. It was not ready until another 20 minutes after that. Finally we got our food and we went home, when we got home and unpacked everything, an entire entree was missing. My roommate's entire dinner was missing. When I looked at the order slip they attached to our bag, they had not crossed off what they were packing which I know they are supposed to do. You don't pack the order before every item is there and you make sure everything is correct before you bag it. So I tried to call. 3 times. And was hung up on. Each time, the time between the phone ringing getting shorter and shorter with each call until it rang one time before hanging up. So I had to drive all the way back out there to complain. When I arrived and explained the situation to the manager on duty I was rudely told 'well we've been busy and I haven't answered the phone and no one else has either.' When the manager called back to the saute line to make the order they very rudely said 'we already made that.' And it seemed that they were implying we were lying. It is not my fault you clearly bagged the wrong food into the wrong bag. Hence why you should be checking off the bags. We waited yet another 30 minutes for the food and left. Well stick to the east side noodles and company from now on. Don't expect great customer service, you won't...
Read moreToday was the second time we have visited because it was so delicious the first time. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked many questions as a first timer. We ordered all the following on those two visits (there were 2 of us): Zucchini bowl, Chicken Veracruz Salad, Buffalo Mac and Cheese, potstickers, Thai Chicken Soup, Spicy Korean Beef, Pesto Cavatappi, and Korean Beef Barbeque meatballs. There was so much flavor! We both tasted everything and it was all delicious. The zucchini was cooked aldente and was delightful. All of the meat was tender and cooked perfecrly. The spicy beef was my son's favorite but I have to say the Korean barbeque meatballs were heavenly! We have had fun tasting. The variety of drinks was excellent. The not so great: the Alfredo was a bit gritty and not smooth and the Mac in the buffalo Mac wasn't a hit. I will go back to...
